Situated at the foot of the Sierra Tejada mountain range, Vinuela is surrounded by a beautiful landscape of mountains, hills, forests and lakes. The ideal place for hiking or mountain biking. Tucked away in the heart of the Axarquia, the village of Los Romanes captures the essence of Andalusian charm. Stroll through the narrow streets with whitewashed houses decorated with colourful flower pots and immerse yourself in the relaxed pace of village life in Andalusia.

LAYOUT VILLA LOS SOLDADOS
Villa Los Soldados is stylishly furnished. The living room is wonderfully bright and spacious and features a fireplace, 55-inch television with international and Dutch channels, two spacious sofas and a workstation with iMac. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with Nespresso coffee machine and filter coffee maker. There is also a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, air fryer and mixer. The dining table is spacious enough for 6 people and the ideal place to read the newspaper while overlooking the mountains and the lake.
All three bedrooms have a double bed with topper and soft bed linen. One of the bedrooms also has a workstation. Two other bedrooms have mountain and lake views. The two bathrooms are modern and feature elegant tiles, a walk-in rain shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer. A separate room contains a washing machine, dryer and iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa as well as air conditioning with a hot and cold function.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA LOS SOLDADOS
The outdoor living at Villa Los Soldados is perfect! Take a dip in your own private pool. Relax in the chic lounge area with fire table. The ideal place for a coffee in the morning but also for an afternoon drink when you only hear the sound of birds chirping. Al fresco dining is perfect here, especially when you have your own outdoor kitchen with hob, fridge and dishwasher.

Wonderful stay, a dream house

We had wonderful time at Villa Los Soldados. It's homey and cosy, just like my dream house. The rooms and kitchen are so well equipped, i wish to stay forever 😀. We also spent a lot of time at the pool and longue, enjoyed different views from day to see more

We also spent a lot of time at the pool and longue, enjoyed different views from day to night, with morning yogaglasses of wine, plus a lot of laughters. What else can you ask for when having holiday with friends.
The hosts are friendly and helpfully, shared many tips about the restaurants and places to visit. It was a wonderful stay, definitely i want to visit again and create more beautiful memories. Connie |

In late September/early October 2023, 2 of us spent a week at Villa Los Soldados in La Vinuela. It is truly a palace with all the trimmings. Neatly kept clean and beautiful views of the lake and mountains. It is in a very quiet area. We saw the sheep passing by daily, from afar you could hear their bells tinkling. Really an environment where you can unwind. The bedrooms are spacious, very good beds. Bathrooms look beautiful. A spacious kitchen, where you can cook for yourself. There is also a spacious outdoor kitchen and a large dining table. The lounge is lovely. We give it a ten, definitely recommended to go here.

About the hosts: Tim and Gaudi are very thoughtful, organized and fun hosts! Days before our arrival, they made sure to send us a list of activities and sightseeing spots, so that we can make our plans in advance. Thanks to them, we were able to see see more
About the hosts: Tim and Gaudi are very thoughtful, organized and fun hosts! Days before our arrival, they made sure to send us a list of activities and sightseeing spots, so that we can make our plans in advance. Thanks to them, we were able to see some stunning places just a short drive away. They have this almost supernatural power of finding the best restaurants, and the only thing that I needed to do, is to trust them! About The house : the house is thoughtfully decorated with small unexpected surprises at every corner, also constructed to offer privacy for each bedroom, with blackout windows which are essential for me as a late sleeper, super comfortable beds and air conditioning in every room. The bathroom was equipped with everything you need, very beautifully designed, the shower has perfect pressure! There are two kitchens: one inside (equipped with all modern appliances, great if you want to cook with AC) and one outside, fully equipped also, that makes a great place to have dinner parties by the pool, that end up with sitting by the fire pit, just taking in that breathtaking view! The entire setting around the pool, the kitchen, the comfortable couch gives the vibe of a luxurious experience. The view made me wake up early every day of our stay, so I can enjoy the sunrise, the serenity and simplicity of the place, which was one time happily disturbed by some adorable goats!

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in Villa Los Soldados. Het is huiselijk en gezellig, net als mijn droomhuis. De kamers en keuken zijn zo goed uitgerust, ik zou er voor altijd willen blijven 😀. We hebben ook veel tijd doorgebracht bij het zwembad esee more
We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in Villa Los Soldados. Het is huiselijk en gezellig, net als mijn droomhuis. De kamers en keuken zijn zo goed uitgerust, ik zou er voor altijd willen blijven 😀. We hebben ook veel tijd doorgebracht bij het zwembad en de longue, genoten van verschillende uitzichten van dag tot nacht, met ochtendyoga of glazen wijn, plus veel gelachen. Wat wil je nog meer als je op vakantie gaat met vrienden.
De gastheren zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam, gaven veel tips over de restaurants en plaatsen om te bezoeken. Het was een heerlijk verblijf, ik wil zeker nog een keer komen en nog meer mooie herinneringen maken. - Connie |

Eind september/begin oktober 2023 hebben wij met 2 personen een weekje doorgebracht in Villa Los Soldados in La Vinuela. Het is werkelijk een paleisje met alles erop en eraan. Keurig schoongehouden en een prachtig uitzicht op het meer en de bergen. Hsee more
Eind september/begin oktober 2023 hebben wij met 2 personen een weekje doorgebracht in Villa Los Soldados in La Vinuela. Het is werkelijk een paleisje met alles erop en eraan. Keurig schoongehouden en een prachtig uitzicht op het meer en de bergen. Het ligt in een zeer rustige omgeving. De schaapjes zagen we dagelijks langskomen, van verre hoorde je hun belletjes al klingelen. Echt een omgeving waar je tot rust kan komen. De slaapkamers zijn ruim, hele goede bedden. Badkamers zien er prachtig uit. Een ruime keuken, waar goed zelf te koken is. Tevens is er een ruime buitenkeuken en een grote eettafel. De lounge is heerlijk. Wij geven het een tien, zeker een aanrader om hier heen te gaan.

Over de verhuurders: Tim en Gaudi zijn zeer attente, georganiseerde en leuke gastheren! Dagen voor onze aankomst stuurden ze ons een lijst met activiteiten en bezienswaardigheden, zodat we onze plannen van tevoren konden maken. Dankzij hen waren we isee more
Over de verhuurders: Tim en Gaudi zijn zeer attente, georganiseerde en leuke gastheren! Dagen voor onze aankomst stuurden ze ons een lijst met activiteiten en bezienswaardigheden, zodat we onze plannen van tevoren konden maken. Dankzij hen waren we in staat om een aantal prachtige plekken te zien op slechts een klein eindje rijden. Ze hebben de bijna bovennatuurlijke kracht om de beste restaurants te vinden en het enige wat ik hoefde te doen, was ze te vertrouwen! Over het huis : het huis is zorgvuldig ingericht met kleine onverwachte verrassingen op elke hoek, ook gebouwd om privacy te bieden voor elke slaapkamer, met verduisterende ramen die essentieel zijn voor mij als late slaper, super comfortabele bedden en airconditioning in elke kamer. De badkamer was uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt, heel mooi ontworpen, de douche heeft perfecte druk! Er zijn twee keukens: een binnen (uitgerust met alle moderne apparatuur, geweldig als je wilt koken met AC) en een buiten, ook volledig uitgerust, dat maakt een geweldige plek om diners te hebben bij het zwembad, die eindigen met zitten bij de vuurplaats, gewoon genieten van dat adembenemende uitzicht! De hele setting rond het zwembad, de keuken, de comfortabele bank geeft de sfeer van een luxe ervaring. Het uitzicht zorgde ervoor dat ik elke dag van ons verblijf vroeg opstond, zodat ik kon genieten van de zonsopgang, de sereniteit en de eenvoud van de plek, die een keer positief werd verstoord door een paar schattige geiten!
