FINCA LAS BOAS HOLIDAY HOME IN VEGA DE SAN MATEO
Tucked away in the green north of the island you will find this beautiful detached villa with heatable private pool. Finca las Boas is situated on a private estate of no less than 1600 m2 and has lots of privacy. The villa is accessible via a country road. Once you drive through the iron gate you can feel the tranquility. Finca las Boas is a place that guarantees an unforgettable vacation with the whole family or friends. Next to the spacious private pool is a covered kitchen with bbq and sitting area. Here you can enjoy a long dinner. Children can also play or draw at the large table.
LAYOUT OF FINCA LAS BOAS
Finca las Boas is a detached characteristic vacation home with two living rooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The living room on the ground floor has two sofas, armchairs, satellite television and dining area. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with electric hobs, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle and more than enough kitchen utensils. The second living room is on the first floor with two sofas.
In total there are seven bedrooms and four bathrooms. On the ground floor there are four bedrooms and on the first floor there are three bedrooms. Five bedrooms have a double bed and two bedrooms have two single beds. There are three bathrooms in the villa, two with shower, toilet and sink and one with bath, toilet and sink. The fourth bathroom is outside by the pool with shower, toilet and sink. There is also a washing machine as well as wifi and air conditioning.
THE OUTDOORS OF FINCA LAS BOAS
The outdoor life is perfect. In front of the finca is a partially covered sun terrace. Further on in the garden full of palms and lawn is the private swimming pool which can be heated at an extra charge. The pool is 12 by 6 meter (kidney shaped) and 0,85 - 1,70 meter deep. Around the pool are sun beds. There are also several lounge sets and other seating areas around the pool. A perfect spot is the outside kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, barbecue and long table. Further on there is a second barbecue area. A lovely place to dine till late in the evening. Next to an outdoor shower is the fourth bathroom by the pool with shower, toilet and sink.
