VILLA PLATANO HOLIDAY HOME IN TOLOX
Villa Platano is a detached holiday home with private pool and located just outside the white village of Tolox. This holiday home is accessible via a paved road. Villa Platano is located on a large estate, which makes you feel truly in the middle of the nature. The private area covers no less than 5000 m2. The unique location guarantees complete privacy and undisturbed rest. Malaga airport, the seaside resort of Marbella and the beach are approximately a 45 minutes drive away.
LAYOUT OF VILLA PLATANO
Villa Platano is a detached villa and completely on one level. The living room is spacious and equipped with a large wood stove, two leather sofas and a satellite television. The open kitchen with bar includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, plenty of kitchenware etc. There are in total three bedrooms, two bedrooms have air conditioning. Both bathrooms have a shower, toilet and sink. A washing machine is available as well.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA PLATANO
At the front of Villa Platano there is a large covered terrace with garden furniture and with a view of the private pool and the surrounding hilly landscape. The private pool is further away and is completely private without view from neighbors. There are sunbeds around the pool and an outdoor shower is also present. Together with big barbecue, your stay is complete. You reach the villa through the electric gate, there is plenty of parking space around the villa.

Sandy beach Malaga 45 km, supermarket 4 km, bakery 4 km, restaurant 4 km, ATM 4 km, airport 45 km, Marbella 40 km.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
DETAILS
Minimum stay of 7 nights. No fixed arrival or departure day, however if you are not arriving or departing on a Friday, a surcharge is applicable (this surcharge is on request).
- Additional charge for arrival after 22:00: € 25,- cash on site
The following compulsory costs are already calculated in the sales price. You pay these when booking.
- Insurance damage coverage € 0.80 per person per day (also for babies and pets)

OPTIONAL
- Baby cot € 4 per day + € 15 bed linen
- High chair € 3 per day
- Playpen for small children € 5 per day

DEPOSIT, obligatory and payable on site (if no comfort package is booked)
- Deposit € 50,- to be paid upon arrival, when you have left the holiday home in good condition you will receive it back on the day of departure.
COMFORT PACKAGE
You can also take advantage of a comfort package at a surcharge of € 175 per booking. If you opt for a comfort package when booking (this can be done via e-mail, telephone or the booking form), the surcharge is € 149 per booking. If you choose the comfort package at a later time, you pay € 175.
The comfort package includes:
- Free beach towels for the entire travelling party
- Ample check-in times, namely check-in from 12.00 (normally 16.00) and check-out until 14.00 (normally 9.30).*
- Up to 80 kWh free air conditioning
- No extra charge for a cot or high chair (please let us know when booking if you wish to use these)
- No deposit is required
- No extra charge for a very early check-out, e.g. due to an early flight

OTHER

Very quietly located house. The last part of the road leading up to it (500m) is definitely doable at a leisurely pace and with a car a little higher on its wheels. The house had recently had major maintenance and looked pico bello.

It was already the 7th time I booked a vacation home in Spain with Casita Travel. This time it was the Platano villa near Tolox in Andalusia. A beautiful rural villa with all the trimmings. Wonderfully free and what a beautiful view. Casita again prosee more

Wonderfully free and what a beautiful view. Casita again provided a perfect service. Please note that if you drive up to the villa from Tolox, then only the last 100 meters are on a rural gravel road.

Had excellent contact with Casita Travel. Only had physical contact on the fourth day after resolving several shortcomings. Property itself met expectations, but Internet, Satellite TV was not connected also there was only 1 good sunbed. In addition,see more

Property itself met expectations, but Internet, Satellite TV was not connected also there was only 1 good sunbed. In addition, there were several wasp nests in several sunbeds and at the entrances to the home. The property had not been properly inspected/prepared prior to rental. Location of property was fine, road to property does have many holes and loose road surface. The location of the house and the house itself really provide a vacation feeling and with a fantastic view over the valley or to the mountains.

The first two weeks we were on the road a lot. Then, during a week of lockdown, we spent in and around the house. Reading on the couch, by the woodstove, or browsing the internet. We will be back, what a lovely house in a lovely place this is!

Heerlijk vrij en wat een prachtig uitzicht. Casita heeft wederom een perfecte service verleend. Houdt er wel rekening mee om de villa vanuit Tolox aan te rijden, dan is alleen de laatste 100 meter over een landelijk weggetje van steenslag.

Na een hobbeldebobbelweg (is inmiddels glad) kwamen we aan bij Villa Alegria. We herkenden het meteen van de foto's en alles klopte. We hebben er een heerlijke en ontspannen tijd gehad. De eerste twee weken waren we veel op pad. Daarna, tijdens een wsee more

De eerste twee weken waren we veel op pad. Daarna, tijdens een week lockdown, hebben we in en om het huis doorgebracht. Heerlijk lezen op de bank, bij de houtkachel, of struinend over het internet. We komen terug, wat een heerlijk huis op een heerlijke plek is dit!
