VILLA ATLANTICO IN TIJARAFE
This luxury villa with private heated pool is located in a green landscape near the quiet and beautiful village of Tijarafe. You will immediately notice the spacious, modern interior with various works of art and the huge glass slidingdoors that give you a beautiful view over the deep blue sea. In the large garden of 4,000 m2, you look out over tropical flowers and palms and you can pick fruit from the almond-, mango- and olivetrees. If you feel like going out, you can reach the seaside in Tazacorte in 20 minutes with a rental car. Here you find a beautiful lava-beach with a fishing port. Against the background of the deep blue sea and the black sand, the cheerful, colored houses catch the eye. On the boulevard you can enjoy cosy (fish)restaurants, bars and shops.
In the beautiful, rural village of Tijarafe, you go along with the pace of life of the relaxed residents. In this mountain village you can enjoy hill views and beautiful hiking trails. On the west coast you will find many rocky beaches and bays. In the attractive village center of Tijarafe you will find colorful houses, supermarkets, good restaurants and cozy bars. Here you can enjoy a real Canarian meal or a tasty barraquito, the coffee specialty of La Palma. There is also a bank and pharmacy in this village, which is a 10-minute drive from the villa.
LAYOUT VILLA ATLANTICO
The living room is located on the upper floor. This room has a beautiful wooden ceiling, modern fireplace, huge bookcase, two leather sofas, a luxurious armchair, satellite television, and stereo system. From the living room you can go to the spacious balcony. Here you have an amazing view of the sea. The modern kitchen has, among other things, a dishwasher, 4-burner electric hob, two refrigerators, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, etc. When you enter the top floor, you will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms located on your right. The three bedrooms all have a double bed, ample closet space and access to the outdoor terrace. Both bathrooms have a rain shower, two sinks, a hair dryer and a toilet. There is a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor. On this floor, there is a fourth bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. There is also a sauna here. Furthermore, the entire villa is equipped with WiFi and underfloor heating.
OUTDOOR LIVING VILLA ATLANTICO
The villa is located in a place with many hiking trails, so you can walk straight into the mountains from your house. The idyll of this landscape is enhanced by the tropical garden and the view of the Atlantic Ocean. You can enjoy this endlessly on the spacious balcony. Through the groundfloor you reach the largest outdoor terrace with a private swimming pool (8.4 x 4.2 m) that is heated and has a roof. Around the pool, there are sunbeds and garden furniture of high quality.
