CASA ALBA MARINA HOLIDAY HOMEIN TAZACORTE
Hidden between the banana plantations on the sunny west coast is this detached holiday home with a heated private infinity pool and 180 degree panoramic view over the Atlantic Ocean. The place where Casa Alba Marina is located belongs to the region with the best climate in La Palma and Europe. In the evening you can enjoy breathtakingly beautiful sunsets on the outdoor terrace.
Casa Alba Marina is located in the pretty village of Tazacorte on the sun-drenched west side of the island. You can walk to the center of Tazacorte in 20 minutes with picturesque streets full of restaurants, shops and bars. Tazacorte beach is a 45-minute walk away. The island's largest town, Los Llanos, is 6 km from Casa Alba Marina. The seaside resort of Puerto Naos with its beautiful sandy beach is a 5 km drive from Casa Alba Marina.
LAYOUT CASA ALBA MARINA
Casa Alba Marina is a brand new villa. You have a sea view from almost every room. The living room has two white leather sofas, a satellite TV with Netflix, colorful paintings on the wall and stylish modern decor. The spacious open kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a wooden countertop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, 4-burner stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle and plenty of kitchen utensils. On the same floor there is a bedroom with a large double bed (160 x 200) and bathroom with double sink, shower, toilet and bidet. All bed linen is made of 100% cotton for optimal comfort. Memory foam mattresses are available in all bedrooms. From this floor there is a modern staircase to the roof terrace.
From the roof terrace you have a panoramic view over the ocean and the mountains. Here is a separate lounge area with 2 sofas that can also be divided into two single beds. There is a large wardrobe and a separate toilet. The open outdoor area covers no less than 60 m2 and contains both a dining area and comfortable sunbeds.
Via a small staircase next to the terrace of the main house is another living area with private balcony. In this living area is a bedroom with a double bed (kingsize 180 x 200) and wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. From this balcony you again look out over the ocean and there is also a parasol, table and chairs. A washing machine is available.
OUTSIDE CASA ALBA MARINA
The outdoor living of Casa Alba Marina is perfect. The villa is surrounded by green banana plantations, tropical plants and palm trees. There are several large terraces in addition to a roof terrace. There is a herb garden for use in the kitchen and a large gas barbecue. The beautiful infinity pool is 12 x 2 m and can be heated for an extra charge. It is a salt water pool. The popularity of the saltwater pools is increasing at a rapid pace. A saltwater pool has many advantages over a pool with chlorine, such as no itchy skin, no red eyes and no bleaching effect on clothing and hair. The water from a saltwater pool feels soft and is also very clear. The outdoor shower has both hot and cold water. There is a lovely lounge seating area by the pool and on the roof terrace. Outside is a large dining table with six chairs. You can park the car in the garage (private parking). The solar panels provide energy and heat the water.

My husband and I recently spent two weeks in this perfect house. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the owner, Susanne, who showed us around the house and how everything worked. My first impressions were how spotlessly clean and incredibly welcoming the house was - the pictures certainly don't do it justice. When we awoke the following morning, having arrived in the dark the night before, we were met with the amazing view from our bedroom in the top terrace - something which never failed to put a smile on our face at the start of each day! The whole house is a delight to stay in, with high quality equipment and accessories. The care and attention which has gone into decorating and fitting out this house, ensuring ultimate comfort, is outstanding and I couldn't recommend it highly enough. Tazacorte itself is a very quiet, traditional little town to stay and we enjoyed the 5 minute walk from the house to get grocery supplies from the local supermarket, having a relaxing coffee at the café outside and just watching the day to day life go by. We also walked down to the beach, which is about 1.5 miles each way, most days although you can easily get a bustaxi. It's quite a steep walk back but if you don't mind that, then it's a really pleasant bit of exercise to counteract the hours we spent laying around the delightful poolsitting on the top terrace doing nothing! There are a selection of restaurants and cafes to choose from at the beach, all serving lovely food in a very relaxing atmosphere. There is no loud (if any) music, no harassment from the owners to dine in their restaurants and no street sellers, which is so often the case in other resorts. For us, this was perfect and everything we were hoping for. Thank you, Susanne and Richard, for helping to make this holiday one which goes to the top of our list of great holidays - we will definitely be returning next year! - couple

We moesten er lang op wachten, want het huis is bijna altijd volgeboekt. Maar het wachten was het absoluut waard! Het huis is een droom! Netheid, uitrusting, locatie - alles is top! We zouden het zeker weer boeken!!!

In der Casa Alba Marina fühlt man sich direkt wohl- wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, obwohl wir erst spät abends ankamen. Auch bei zwischendurch auftretenden Fragen war immer jemand da. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen- es ist sehr modern eingerichtet mit schönen Bildern und ist durch das viele Glas sehr hell. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, es ist alles da, sogar Trinkwasser aus dem Wasserhahn… besser geht nicht! Durch die Moskito-/Sonnenrolläden (alles elektrisch) vor jedem Fenster schläft man bei frischer Luft hervorragend. Allerdings gab es nicht viele Moskitos. Es gibt viele gemütliche Terrassen auf mehreren Etagen, ebenfalls alle sehr liebevoll ausgestattet mit Sitzecken, Liegestühlen, Loungemöbel… Dazu der Meerblick, die Sonnenuntergänge, das Rauschen der Bananenblätter, die absolute Ruhe -mehr braucht’s nicht! Im Nachbarort Los lLanos gibts in der Markthalle leckeren, fangfrischen Fisch - dafür steht ein moderner Gasgrill bereit. Der Pool ist der Hammer- man kann in Ruhe und mit Meerblick seine Bahnen schwimmen. Wir hatten ein Mietauto und konnten so bequem die Insel erkunden. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen. - A & M |

In Casa Alba Marina voel je je meteen thuis - we werden heel hartelijk ontvangen, ook al kwamen we laat in de avond aan. Zelfs als we tussendoor vragen hadden, was er altijd iemand.

In Casa Alba Marina voel je je meteen thuis - we werden heel hartelijk ontvangen, ook al kwamen we laat in de avond aan. Zelfs als we tussendoor vragen hadden, was er altijd iemand. Het huis laat niets te wensen over - het is zeer modern ingericht met mooie foto's en is erg licht door de vele glazen ramen. De keuken is goed uitgerust, alles is aanwezig, zelfs drinkwater uit de kraan... het kan niet beter! De muggen/zonwering (allemaal elektrisch) voor elk raam zorgt voor uitstekend slapen in de frisse lucht. Veel muggen waren er echter niet. Er zijn veel gezellige terrassen op verschillende verdiepingen, ook allemaal zeer liefdevol ingericht met zitjes, ligstoelen, loungemeubels.... Plus het uitzicht op zee, de zonsondergangen, het geritsel van de bananenbladeren, de absolute rust - meer heb je niet nodig! In het naburige dorp Los lLanos kunt u in de markthal heerlijke, vers gevangen vis krijgen - hiervoor staat een moderne gasgrill ter beschikking. Het zwembad is geweldig - je kunt er in alle rust zwemmen met uitzicht op de zee. We hadden een huurauto zodat we gemakkelijk het eiland konden verkennen. We komen zeker nog eens terug. - A &M |

Mijn man en ik hebben onlangs twee weken doorgebracht in dit perfecte huis. Bij aankomst werden we begroet door de eigenaresse, Susanne, die ons rondleidde door het huis en toonde hoe alles werkte. Mijn eerste indrukken waren hoe brandschoon het huissee more
Mijn man en ik hebben onlangs twee weken doorgebracht in dit perfecte huis. Bij aankomst werden we begroet door de eigenaresse, Susanne, die ons rondleidde door het huis en toonde hoe alles werkte. Mijn eerste indrukken waren hoe brandschoon het huis was - de foto's doen het zeker geen recht. Toen we de volgende ochtend wakker werden, nadat we de avond ervoor in het donker waren aangekomen, werden we geconfronteerd met het geweldige uitzicht vanuit onze slaapkamer op het bovenste terras - iets wat bij het begin van elke dag een glimlach op ons gezicht toverde! Het hele huis is een genot om in te verblijven, met apparatuur en accessoires van hoge kwaliteit. De zorg en aandacht die is besteed aan de inrichting en aankleding van dit huis, om het ultieme comfort te garanderen, is uitstekend en ik kan het niet genoeg aanbevelen. Tazacorte zelf is een heel rustig, traditioneel stadje om te verblijven en we hebben genoten van de 5 minuten lopen van het huis om boodschappen te doen bij de plaatselijke supermarkt, een koffie te drinken in het café buiten en gewoon te kijken hoe het dagelijkse leven voorbij gaat. We liepen de meeste dagen ook naar het strand, wat ongeveer 1,5 mijl enkele reis is, hoewel je gemakkelijk een bus of taxi kunt nemen. Het is een vrij steile wandeling terug, maar als je dat niet erg vindt, dan is het een zeer aangename oefening om de uren te compenseren die we doorbrachten met liggen rond het heerlijke zwembad of zitten op het bovenste terras om niets te doen! Er zijn verschillende restaurants en cafés aan het strand, die allemaal heerlijk eten serveren in een zeer ontspannen sfeer. Er is geen luide (of geen) muziek, geen intimidatie van de eigenaars om in hun restaurants te dineren en geen straatverkopers, wat in andere badplaatsen zo vaak het geval is. Voor ons was dit perfect en alles waar we op hoopten. Dank je wel, Susanne en Richard, voor jullie hulp om deze vakantie bovenaan onze lijst van geweldige vakanties te zetten - we komen volgend jaar zeker terug! - stel
