VILLA PUERTO CALERO IN PUERTO CALERO
Villa Puerto Calero is a beautiful detached villa with private heated pool. This beautiful holiday home is located in the popular marina of Puerto Calero. The veranda is the ideal place to cool off on hot summer days. The swimming pool, surrounded by comfortable sunbeds, is slightly lower and can be reached via a small staircase. Here you will experience the peace and tranquilityof your own villa while you can look up the crowds. You can walk to the center of Puerto Calero in 5 minutes. The sandy beaches of Puerto del Carmen are a 5 minute drive away.
With its spacious marina and lively boulevard full of restaurants, shops and bars, Puerto Calero is a nice place to sit on a terrace. There is also a weekly market. A number of restaurants serve very good food here. At cafe “Le Parissiene” they serve good coffee and cakes. Enjoying a day at the beach? Within a few minutes you can drive to the beautiful resort of Puerto del Carmen with three beautiful sandy beaches.
LAYOUT VILLA PUERTO CALERO
This holiday home is on one level. The open plan living and dining area is tastefully decorated and has patio doors leading to the pool and garden, allowing plenty of natural light to enter the room. The living room has a large flat screen TV. There is also a Bluetooth soundbar and Wi-Fi. A pellet stove is available for the cool winter evenings. The kitchen is well equipped with built in stainless steel electric oven, microwave, hob, coffee machine (filter & Dolce Gusto), toaster, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is a separate room for the washing machine, iron and ironing board.
There are three bedrooms. Bedroom one has a double bed, an ensuite bathroom fitted with toilet, bidet, double sink, bath and separate shower and French doors lead to the terrace. Bedroom two and three both have two single beds and an ensuite bathroom with toilet, bidet, double sink and walk in shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA PUERTO CALERO
The fenced garden and swimming pool offer you complete privacy. In the enclosed garden you will find spacious sun terraces with sunbeds around the heated private swimming pool. An outdoor shower is also available. There are nice seating areas everywhere, both in the sun and under the veranda. The large barbecue is perfect for those lovely long summer evenings.

Important: 1 baby (under 2 years of age at the time of travel) can be added in the booking by paying the extra charge for a cot and/or high chair. If more babies travel with you, they count as persons. Please note: if your travel party consists of two babies or more, please include them as an extra person from the second baby onwards.

Grote ruime villa in doodlopende straat. We hadden een zeer aangenaam verblijf en de villa was goed uitgerust. Een beetje lawaai van het achterliggende sportcentrum en ook lawaai van bouwwerkzaamheden een paar wegen verderop. Bergafwaarts lopen naar see more

Een beetje lawaai van het achterliggende sportcentrum en ook lawaai van bouwwerkzaamheden een paar wegen verderop. Bergafwaarts lopen naar jachthaven met goede restaurants en kleine supermarkt. Wees ervan bewust dat er twee percelen aan het einde van de weg zijn die moeten worden ontwikkeld tot twee villa's, maar er zijn nog geen werkzaamheden. - Jan
