VILLA OCEANO IN PUERTO DEL CARMEN
The name says it all, Villa Oceano has spectacular ocean views. This luxurious and stylish villa has a private heated swimming pool and hot tub with enough space to stay with the whole family. On clear days you can even see the island of Fuerteventura. On a lower terrace is the luxurious barbecue with dining area. There are comfortable sunbeds around the pool. You can walk (5 minutes) from Villa Oceano to the old harbor of Puerto del Carmen where you can find various restaurants and nice terraces. You can also walk (about 2 km) to Puerto Calero via the boulevard.
In Puerto del Carmen you will find no less than three beautiful golden sandy beaches. The largest beach is Playa Grande, which is located along the boulevard full of bars, restaurants and shops. A relatively less busy beach in Puerto del Carmen is Playa de Pocillos where you have plenty of space and therefore a lot more peace. The third beach called Playa de Matagorda reaches the airport and then becomes Playa Honda.
LAYOUT VILLA OCEANO
Villa Oceano is a detached villa and consists of two floors. In the house itself there are several stairs that lead to different areas.
The living room is particularly light and spacious and equipped with a beautiful marble floor, two spacious sofas, a luxurious armchair and 75' smart TV with IPTV and WiFi. From the living room you have direct access to the balcony. Via two steps you reach the open kitchen with dining area and ceiling fan. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, 5-burner electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and luxury coffee maker (Becken Cafetera). There is also a separate toilet in the hall. In the main house there are four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. All bathrooms in the main house are provided with a rain shower, toilet, sink and mirror with LED lighting. Two bedrooms have sea view and pool view. Bedroom 1 has a king-size double bed, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 and 4 both have a double bed, air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA OCEANO
The great thing about Villa Oceano is that this holiday home has several seating areas. There is a covered terrace with a view of the ocean and the old harbour. Under the pergola is a spacious dining area for 8 people and next to the barbecue is a nice round sitting area to have a drink while you watch the people walk by on the boulevard. Via four steps you reach the spacious private swimming pool (10 x 4 m, depth 1.25 - 1.60 m), which is heated from November to April. The pool has Roman steps, ideal for families with small children. Around the pool are sunbeds as well as an outdoor shower. There is also a hot tub (5-seater) as well as a pool table. The outdoor living here is perfect!

If more babies travel with you, they count as persons. Please note: if your travel party consists of two babies or more, please include them as an extra person from the second baby onwards.
