VILLA LAJA IN PUERTO DEL CARMEN
Villa Laja is a beautiful detached villa near the old harbor of Puerto del Carmen. The villa is all on one level and has a private heated swimming pool and separate children's pool. There is also a room in the villa with table tennis, billiards and darts, which makes the villa suitable for families. Here you will experience some peace and tranquility while you can look up the hustle and bustle. You can walk to the old harbor of Puerto del Carmen in 10 minutes with several excellent restaurants and nice bars. There is also a walking path along the coast to the nearby town of Puerto Calero.
With its spacious marina and lively boulevard full of restaurants, shops and bars, Puerto Calero is a nice place to sit on a terrace. There is also a weekly market. A number of restaurants serve very good food here. At cafe “Le Parissiene” they serve good coffee and cakes. Enjoy a day at the beach? Within a few minutes you can drive to the beautiful resort of Puerto del Carmen with three beautiful sandy beaches.
LAYOUT VILLA LAJA
Villa Laja is all on one level, there is only a small staircase at the front of the house that gives access to the holiday home. The living room is bright and spacious with a round sofa, armchairs and satellite television. In a separate room there is, among other things, a table tennis table and billiard table and here is a dartboard on the wall. The modern kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has two single beds, fitted wardrobes, a ceiling fan and air conditioning. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. Bedroom 3 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan, air conditioning and patio doors to the terrace. All bathrooms have a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. In a separate room is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA LAJA
Via the sliding doors from the living room you step onto the partly covered terrace. There are open and covered sun terraces surrounded by a mature garden. Sun loungers and patio furniture are provided for your comfort around the private pool. The heated private swimming pool (6.5 x 3.2 m, depth: 1.4 m) is located next to the separate children's pool (1.7 x 1.5). The terrace is surrounded by greenery and in the distance you can see the blue of the sea. You can easily walk to the old harbor of Puerto del Carmen.

Nice clean villa in a great area of PDC. Five minutes walk to local facilities - supermarket, bars and a great Italian restaurant (Mario’s) ten minutes walk down the coastal path into the Old Town with lots of bars and restaurants - great views on thsee more
Nice clean villa in a great area of PDC. Five minutes walk to local facilities - supermarket, bars and a great Italian restaurant (Mario’s) ten minutes walk down the coastal path into the Old Town with lots of bars and restaurants - great views on the way down. Also handy for the walk to Puerto Caleta - 45 minutes walk. Lovely warm pool which meant we could go in it even though we didn’t have the best weather. Plenty of hot water for showers, lots of crockery so you can use the dishwasher, and also lots of hangers in the wardrobes which doesn’t always happen. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating too. Not luxurious - eg towels not fluffy - but lots more than we needed, including pool towels. Certainly good value for money and would book again. - Simon

Mooie schone villa in een geweldige wijk van PDC. Vijf minuten lopen naar lokale faciliteiten - supermarkt, bars en een geweldig Italiaans restaurant (Mario's) tien minuten lopen langs het kustpad naar de oude stad met veel bars en restaurants - gewesee more
Mooie schone villa in een geweldige wijk van PDC. Vijf minuten lopen naar lokale faciliteiten - supermarkt, bars en een geweldig Italiaans restaurant (Mario's) tien minuten lopen langs het kustpad naar de oude stad met veel bars en restaurants - geweldig uitzicht op de weg naar beneden. Ook handig voor de wandeling naar Puerto Caleta - 45 minuten lopen. Heerlijk warm zwembad waardoor we er in konden, ook al hadden we niet het beste weer. Voldoende warm water voor douches, veel serviesgoed zodat je de vaatwasser niet altijd hoeft te gebruiken, en ook veel hangers in de kledingkasten wat niet altijd gebeurt. Ook voldoende zitplaatsen binnen en buiten. Niet luxe - bijvoorbeeld handdoeken niet pluizig - maar veel meer dan we nodig hadden, inclusief zwembadhanddoeken. Zeker waar voor je geld en zou weer boeken. - Simon
