VILLA JUNE IN PUERTO DEL CARMEN
Villa June is very special. This luxurious and stylish villa has a private heated pool and hot tub, as well as panoramic sea views. On clear days you can even see the island of Fuerteventura. Each bedroom has a sea view. On a lower terrace is the luxurious barbecue with dining area. There are comfortable sunbeds around the pool. The villa itself is on one level and has plenty of light. There are beautiful paintings on the walls and in the villa are unique works of art. This holiday home is located in the exclusive residential area of Los Mojones. You can walk from Villa June to the old harbor of Puerto del Carmen where there are several restaurants and terraces.
In Puerto del Carmen you will find three beautiful golden sandy beaches. The largest beach is Playa Grande, which is located along the boulevard full of bars, restaurants and shops. A relatively less crowded beach in Puerto del Carmen is Playa de Pocillos, where you have plenty of space and, in proportion, a lot more peace. The third beach called Playa de Matagorda extends to the airport and then turns into Playa Honda.
LAYOUT VILLA JUNE
The air-conditioned lounge/dining room is a great space for relaxing and entertaining. The living room has two large comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV and a bluetooth music system. From the living room you have a view of both the pool and the sea beyond. The ultra-modern kitchen is fully equipped and has ample work space. The kitchen is equipped with 2 electric ovens, an electric 4-burner hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. In a separate utility room you will find a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and access to an outside drying room.
All bedrooms have sea views. Bedroom 1 has a king-size double bed, an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet and patio doors to the pool and hot tub. Bedroom 2 has two single beds (pushed together but can be made into a double bed) with ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet and patio doors to the pool. The third bedroom has two single beds. This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet and patio doors to the pool. Bedroom 4 has two single beds with patio doors to the terrace. The fourth bathroom is a family bathroom with walk-in shower, basin and WC. All bedrooms also have air conditioning.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA JUNE
The outdoor living of this dream villa is perfect. From the infinity pool (heatable in the winter months) you look out over the sea. The private pool has a Roman staircase and there is a sofa in the pool itself so that you can comfortably enjoy the sea view from your own pool. In addition to a lovely lounge set, there is also a covered terrace with table tennis table and plenty of space around the pool for sunbathing on the comfortable sunbeds. Relax in the hot tub and enjoy the spectacular views this villa has to offer. In the evening the pool is beautifully lit.
