VILLA CUBE IN PUERTO DEL CARMEN
This modern holiday home has a heated private swimming pool and is located in the exclusive residential area 'Los Mojones' in the beautiful seaside resort of Puerto del Carmen. The furnishings both inside and out are comfortable and modern. You can enjoy beautiful views from the terraces. If you are on the first floor, you have an amazing seaview.
After a walk of about 20 minutes you are in the authentic fishing port of Puerto del Carmen with good quality fish restaurants. If you walk a little further, you will automatically see cozy bars and restaurants on the long boulevard. A walking and cycling path runs along the enormous boulevard where many people jog and cycle in the early hours. There are several sandy beaches; also with sunbeds and umbrella rental. You will find good bakers more and more in Puerto del Carmen.
We also recommend a trip to the exclusive town of Puerto Calero. In this harbor, about 15 minutes by car from Puerto del Carmen, luxury yachts are moored and the small boulevard has a number of very good restaurants and trendy lounge bars.
LAYOUT VILLA CUBE
Villa Cube is a detached very modern villa consisting of two floors. The living area is located on the ground floor. Due to the large amount of glass, every room has a lot of light. The living room is modernly furnished and equipped with air conditioning, a satellite television, corner sofa and dining area for six people. The open kitchen has an electric hob, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and plenty of kitchen utensils. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a double sink, shower and toilet. The second bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is also on the ground floor. All bedrooms in the villa have air conditioning and from the first floor you have a view of the sea and the mountains.
On this floor are two more bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet. Bedroom 3 has two single beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet. Both bedrooms have access to a spacious balcony.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA CUBE
The villa is surrounded by walls made of lava stones. This contrasts beautifully with the white walls of the villa. The private pool is heated (electric) in the winter months (November to April). Around the pool are sunbeds, a large dining table and a Weber barbecue is also available. Villa Cube is also equipped with WiFi, an alarm, safe and air conditioning (hot / cold). There is a private parking space next to the villa where you can easily park two cars.

Arrival and departure days: every day of the week (bookings must be connected or there must be a minimum of 7 nights).
Important: 1 baby (under 2 years of age at the time of travel) can be added in the booking by paying the extra charge for a cot and/or high chair. If more babies travel with you, they count as persons. Please note: if your travel party consists of two babies or more, please include them as an extra person from the second baby onwards.
