VILLA CARMEN HOLIDAY HOME IN PUERTO DEL CARMEN
Villa Carmen is the perfect villa for large parties or two families. This detached luxury vacation home has a private heated pool and hot tub. Located in the heart of Los Mojones, this stylish and modern air-conditioned villa is ideally located in the green residential area of Los Mojones, a short distance from the boulevard and beaches of Puerto del Carmen. You walk in 15 minutes (950) to the harbor with various restaurants and terraces. The nearest sandy beach is 1 km away.
In Puerto del Carmen you will find three beautiful golden sandy beaches. The largest beach is Playa Grande, which is located along the boulevard full of bars, restaurants and shops. A relatively less crowded beach in Puerto del Carmen is Playa de Pocillos, where you have plenty of space and, in proportion, a lot more peace. The third beach called Playa de Matagorda extends to the airport and then turns into Playa Honda.
LAYOUT OF VILLA CARMEN
The living room is light and spacious and includes a Smart TV, Netflix and a DVD player. This bright, open space also has a generous dining area. The modern kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and plenty of kitchen utensils. The washing machine is located in a separate room.
Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet and access to the small terrace. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet and access to the pool and patio. The third bedroom has two single beds and a bunk bed. This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. Bedroom 4 has a king-size double bed with ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet and is accessible from the rear of the patio. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
OUTDOORS AT VILLA CARMEN The outdoor living of Villa Carmen is perfect. The pool and garden are surrounded by high traditional lava rock walls to provide complete privacy, allowing you to sunbathe freely on the pool terrace and relax in the hot tub. You can also play billiards and table football outside. Outside you have a built-in barbecue for outdoor cooking. Villa Carmen is located in Los Mojones, a quiet exclusive residential area close to the center of Puerto del Carmen.

Villa Carmen is in a quiet location within easy reach of the shops bars and restaurants of Puerto del Carmen. Accommodation is spacious, comfortable and fairly modern with all the inside and outside equipment you need. The pool and jacuzzi were especially warm and inviting. The large outside table provided the ideal place to gather round for daytime and evening meals. A small drawback was the street light that shone over the front wall and made the front bedroom very bright at night. Some thicker curtains may help here. In all a very well appointed and maintained villa in a nice area. - family with children

De accommodatie is ruim, comfortabel en vrij modern met alle binnen- en buitenapparatuur die u nodig heeft. Het zwembad en de jacuzzi waren bijzonder warm en uitnodigend. De grote buitentafel was de ideale plek om overdag en 's avonds te eten. Een klein nadeel was het straatlicht dat over de voormuur scheen en de voorste slaapkamer 's nachts erg licht maakte. Wat dikkere gordijnen zouden hier kunnen helpen. Al met al een zeer goed ingerichte en onderhouden villa in een mooie omgeving. - familie met kinderen
