VILLA ABBY HOLIDAY HOME IN PUERTO DEL CARMEN
Villa Abby is very lucky. This ground floor holiday home has a lovely large terrace with a nice lounge, spacious dining area and hot tub. Further on is the heated private swimming pool. Via the stairs you reach the balcony with a unique sea view. There is also a children's pool in the swimming pool. The barbecue area is nice and big where you can sit in the sun or under the covered terrace. Various shops and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk.
In the beautiful resort of Puerto del Carmen there are three golden sandy beaches. The largest beach is Playa Grande, located along the promenade. A relatively less crowded beach is Playa de Pocillos where you have plenty of space and relatively more peace and quiet. The third beach called Playa de Matagorda extends to the airport and then turns into Playa Honda.
LAYOUT OF VILLA ABBY
Villa Abby is completely on one level and consists of two living areas. The villa itself with two bedrooms and the annex that is accessible via a separate entrance with two bedrooms. There is a spacious living room with plenty of natural light, a large corner sofa, satellite TV (55"), Blu Ray player with more than 100 films and a dining area. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc. A washing machine is also available. All bedrooms as well as the living room are air-conditioned. In the main house there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and an en-suite marble bathroom with bath, toilet and washbasin. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. The second bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and shower.
In the annex there are two more bedrooms. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. Bedroom 4 has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. There is also a separate room with a pool table, air hockey, cross trainer and a TV (42") for use of the PS4.
OUTSIDE OF VILLA ABBY
Via a staircase you reach the balcony with seating area from where you have a view of the sea. The ideal place to end the day with a glass of wine. The terrace around the villa is surrounded by greenery and very spacious. There is a dining area under the veranda as well as a lovely lounge. The private swimming pool, which can be heated in the winter months, has a separate children's area. There is another dining area with parasol next to the barbecue. Further on is the hot tub where you can relax wonderfully.

You pay the deposit in a secure environment without it affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to take care of the deposit well in advance of arrival.
