VILLA JANE IN PUERTO CALERO
Villa Jane is a modern villa with private heated pool (9 x 5 m) positioned in a prime location in the exclusive marina of Puerto Calero. From the villa you have seaviews. Villa Jane is light and spacious and reminiscent of a beach house with a stylish interior. The villa is fully equipped and even has a gameroom with a table tennis and pool table. Whilst the villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, you can walk to the center of the Marina in a few minutes (750 m).
With its spacious marina and lively boulevard full of restaurants, shops and bars, Puerto Calero is a nice place to sit on a terrace. Moreover, the restaurants here serve very good food. For nice coffee and pastries, you can go to “Le Parissiene”. Want to go to the beach? Within a few minutes you can drive to Puerto del Carmen with three beautiful sandy beaches.
LAYOUT VILLA JANE
Villa Jane consists of two floors. Upon entering, the living room with open kitchen is on your right. From the open living and dining room with, among other things, a flat screen TV (Satellite with BBC) you look out over the sea. The open kitchen is modernly furnished and offers everything you need. There is an oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, washing machine, kettle, toaster and plenty of kitchen utensils.
The bedrooms are on your left as you enter. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have two single beds. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are located in the basement and have a king-size bed and two single beds. The living room and all bedrooms have air conditioning. The en-suite bathroom of bedroom 1 and the bathroom on the lower floor have a toilet, bidet, washbasin and a bath-shower combination. The third bathroom has a toilet, sink and walk-in shower. In the basement is a spacious, open games room with a table tennis and pool table.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA JANE
Villa Jane is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac of Puerto Calero. Though the center of the Marina (within walking distance) offers you all the necessary amenities, such as a supermarket with daily fresh bread, an ATM machine and a kiosk with good coffee, in the villa you will find plenty of privacy and tranquility. The terrace offers all day sun and sensational sea and mountain views. Here you are surrounded by tropical flowers and palm trees. Around the large private swimming pool you will find comfortable sun loungers. There is also a covered dining area, so you can enjoy a delicious dinner on the outdoor stone barbecue.

Beach (pebble) 1 km, supermarket 750 m, golf course 7.5 km, beach (sand) Puerto del Carmen 5.5 km, Lanzarote airport 13 km.

Flexible arrival and departure day, however you should connect as much as possible to previous/subsequent bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
Important: 1 baby (under 2 years of age at the time of travel) can be added in the booking by paying the extra charge for a cot and/or high chair. If more babies travel with you, they count as persons. Please note: if your travel party consists of two babies or more, please include them as an extra person from the second baby onwards.

The house is suitable for 10 persons, but the dinertable is to small( suitable for max. 8 persons). The Kitchen inventory needs bigger pans to cook for 10 people.
