VILLA AMY IN PUERTO CALERO
Villa Amy is a luxurious detached villa with unique ocean views. This holiday home has a private heated pool. Around the villa is a beautiful garden. Puerto Calero is 1.5 km from Villa Amy. With its spacious marina and lively boulevard full of restaurants, shops and bars, Puerto Calero is a nice place to sit on a terrace. A number of restaurants serve very tasty food here. At cafe “Le Parissiene” they serve good coffee and cakes. Enjoying a day at the beach? Within a few minutes you can drive to Puerto del Carmen with three beautiful sandy beaches.
LAYOUT VILLA AMY
Villa Amy is a detached villa on one floor. The spacious living room with plenty of light has a spacious sitting and dining area and 50-inch flat screen TV with DVD and satellite system. Listening to music is also possible because of the sound system. The open kitchen is modernly furnished with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle. The door next to the kitchen leads to the utility room where the washing machine is located. There are three bedrooms, two with two single beds and one with a double bed (king size). One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The second bathroom has a jacuzzi bath/shower combination, double sink and toilet. The third bathroom has a double sink, toilet and shower. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
For your information: the photos show an air conditioner in the living room, unfortunately it is faulty.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA AMY
The outdoors at Villa Amy is fantastic. There is a gate on the left which leads to the side gardens and pool terrace. This south-facing sun terrace has beautiful sea views. In the garden are various flowers and tropical plants. There are sunbeds around the heated private pool. There is also an outdoor shower and large gas barbecue.
Villa Amy is located in a quiet cul de sac. The harbor and promenade of Puerto Calero are 1.5 km away (20 min walk) and a few minutes drive. The marina has a small promenade with a wide selection of good restaurants, terraces, (designer) shops, bars and a weekly market. In the center you will find a supermarket with daily fresh bread, an ATM and a small kiosk with good coffee. A pebble beach is 500 meters away. Do you want to spend a day at the beach? Within a 5-minute drive you reach Puerto del Carmen with its beautiful sandy beaches and lively boulevard.

Arrival and departure applies on every day of the week, however, your booking should match previous/subsequent bookings as much as possible. Ask us about the possibilities.
The jacuzzi that is shown on the photos is no longer there.
Important: 1 baby (under 2 years of age at the time of travel) can be added in the booking by paying the extra charge for a cot and/or high chair. If more babies travel with you, they count as persons. Please note: if your travel party consists of two babies or more, please include them as an extra person from the second baby onwards.

We loved this villa, really peaceful, & nice laid out villa, only a few niggles toaster broke but replaced immediately, the hot tub was not good could do with updating for the quality of the villa & only one wine glass that was not plastic, but overasee more

We hielden van deze villa, echt rustig, en mooi aangelegd, slechts een paar opmerkingen: broodrooster kapot maar onmiddellijk vervangen, de hot tub was niet goed kon doen met eenvoor de kwaliteit van de villa en slechts een wijnglas dat was niet van see more
