VILLA SANDIA HOLIDAY HOME IN PLAYA BLANCA
Villa Sandia feels like a lovely beach house with plenty of light and space. From almost every room, you can see the beautiful blue sea. The villa is stylish and modern and features a private heated pool. There is a spacious dining area and pool table under the canopy and a hot tub for maximum comfort. The centre of Playa Blanca is 5 km away. Yet there are several restaurants, bars and some small supermarkets within 5-10 minutes' walk.
Playa Blanca is the southernmost resort on the island of Lanzarote. In the centre you will find a pleasant promenade, the marina and the car-free shopping street. For a lovely day at the beach, 'Playa de Papagayo' is definitely worth a visit. Here you will find crystal-clear water and a beautiful white sandy beach. Want an active day out? Then visit the unique Timanfaya National Park. In this nature reserve, you will learn all about the volcanic origins of the island.
LAYOUT VILLA SANDIA
Villa Sandia has an atrium, perfect for stargazing. Partly because of the atrium, the living room is wonderfully bright and spacious. There are two comfortable sofas, a smart TV and a generous dining area for six. The modern white kitchen includes an oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. There is a washing machine in a separate room. There are three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king-size double bed and another double bed (suitable for families, max 8 people, price on request). This bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe, direct access to the terrace with swimming pool and an ensuite bathroom with bath, toilet and basin.
Bedroom 2 and 3 both have two single beds and a terrace overlooking the pool. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and basin. There is also a separate toilet.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA SANDIA
Villa Sandia is entirely single-storey and located at the end of a cul-de-sac with parking space in front of the house for two (rental) cars. Under the canopy there is plenty of space to dine in the shade. Further away is the barbecue. There is also a pool table for extra fun. Around the electrically heated swimming pool (November to April, 8 x 4 m) are sunbeds. There is an outdoor shower and at the end of a long beach day it is great to relax in the hot tub.

Arrival and departure day flexible. However, your booking should match previous/next bookings as much as possible. Ask us about the possibilities.
Important: 1 baby (under 2 years of age at the time of travel) can be added in the booking without any extra charge for a cot and/or high chair. If more babies travel with you, they count as persons + pay the extra charge above mentioned. Please note: if your travel party consists of two babies or more, please include them as an extra person from the second baby onwards.
