VILLA ROSE II HOLIDAY HOME IN PLAYA BLANCA
This lovely holiday home with sea views is located in the sun-drenched south of Lanzarote. Villa Rose II is perfect for families. There is a private heated pool, whirlpool and several terraces with nice sitting and lounge areas. There is an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony and a nice barbecue area. The pool is heated from October to April (24-25 degrees). Higher temperatures are possible for a fee.
Located in a quiet villa neighbourhood in the resort of Playa Blanca a short distance from the most beautiful beaches, shops and excellent restaurants. A small supermarket is a 2-minute walk away. Playa Flamingo beach is about a 10-minute walk away and Playa Blanca town centre a 20-minute walk. Playa Flamingo is a beautiful white-sand beach 200 m long. It is ideal for the little ones in the family, due to its calm waters and gently sloping beach. Sunbeds and parasols are available for rent on the beach.
Travelling with a larger party? Villa Rose I is located next to Villa Rose II and has the same facilities.
LAYOUT OF VILLA ROSE II
The villa consists of two floors. You enter on the ground floor with a spacious hall and separate toilet with sink. The living room with dining area is bright and spacious, including a smart TV with streaming services. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle and plenty of utensils. On the ground floor are two bedrooms, both with double beds and two bathrooms. One bathroom has a toilet, bidet, double sink and a shower in a bathtub. The second bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
Down the stairs in the hall you reach the basement with two more bedrooms and a family bathroom. Both bedrooms on the ground floor have two single beds. The family bathroom has a double sink, toilet, separate shower and bath. A separate room has another seating area and pool table. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa, as well as air conditioning. There is also a washing machine.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA ROSE II
From the ground floor, a small staircase (2 steps) leads to the barbecue with adjacent terrace. From the basement you can reach the swimming pool and whirlpool via a door via an outside staircase. Villa Rose II has several terraces with several nice sitting and lounge areas. There is an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony and a nice barbecue area. The pool is heated from October to April (24-25 degrees). Higher temperatures are possible for a fee. Around the private pool (7 x 3.5 m) are sunbeds (8 of them) and an outdoor shower is not lacking either. Villa Rose II has its own private parking space.

We loved the whole house. The layout, rooms with built-in wardrobe. Two of them have a bathroom, a toilet and a shared bathroom downstairs. The best, the pool, sunbeds, jacuzzi, barbecue, the lounge with huge TV downstairs very comfortable. A few minsee more

The best, the pool, sunbeds, jacuzzi, barbecue, the lounge with huge TV downstairs very comfortable. A few minutes from the centre of Playa Blanca. Parking on site, two small/medium cars. 10/10 stay. We will definitely stay again.

Een echte aanrader, de villa was briljant. Suzanne de gastvrouw was geweldig en antwoordde snel op vragen en was erg behulpzaam. Prachtige villa en zwembad. Veel ruimte. Zeer schoon en had alles wat we nodig hadden.

We hielden van het hele huis. De indeling, kamers met ingebouwde kledingkast. Twee van hen hebben een badkamer, een toilet en een gedeelde badkamer beneden. Het beste, het zwembad, ligbedden, jacuzzi, barbecue, de lounge met enorme TV beneden zeer cosee more

Parkeerplaats op het terrein, twee kleine/middelgrote auto's. 10/10 verblijf. We zullen zeker opnieuw verblijven.
