VILLA PINA HOLIDAY HOME IN PLAYA BLANCA
Villa Pina is a beautiful modern villa located in a quiet residential area of Playa Blanca. This holiday home has a private pool that can be heated and a covered terrace with dining area and spacious lounge. In 10-15 minutes' walk you can reach Las Coloradas beach with a promenade full of bars and restaurants. The El Pueblo shopping centre is also within walking distance. The ideal place to enjoy tapas or fresh fish. The beautiful sandy beaches Playas de Papagayo are a short drive from Villa Pina.
LAYOUT VILLA PINA
This holiday home has cool and modern furnishings. The living room has a flat-screen TV with IPTV satellite system on the wall and a generous sofa. The open-plan kitchen with dining area includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. On the ground floor is a bedroom with double bed (150 x 200 cm) and wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The bathroom on the ground floor has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. On the first floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed (150 x 200 cm) and the other has two single beds. The bathroom has a bath with shower over it, a washbasin, toilet and hairdryer.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA PINA
From the living room, you step out onto the covered terrace. Here is a dining area for 6 people and a lovely lounge area. The private pool (4.2 x 3 m) is electrically heated from November to April for maximum comfort. Further along is a barbecue area. On the first floor is a balcony with seating and two sunbeds, a lovely place to sunbathe! There is roadside parking for one (rental) car.

Sandy beach 900 m, supermarket 600 m, bars and restaurants 800 - 1200 m, airport 29 km.

Arrival and departure day flexible. However, your booking should match previous/next bookings as much as possible. Ask us about the possibilities.
Important: 1 baby (under 2 years of age at the time of travel) can be added in the booking without any extra charge for a cot and/or high chair. If more babies travel with you, they count as persons + pay the extra charge above mentioned. Please note: if your travel party consists of two babies or more, please include them as an extra person from the second baby onwards.

We liked the villa very much. The rooms are nice and tastefully furnished. We loved very much the coffe maker, which we used every day.
The pool was regulary heated every day and we spend a lot of time on the cosy sofas and deck chairs by the pool. Isee more

We've missed the heating device in the villa, because the nights were colder. Maybe small heaterradiator. On our request manager Tina delivered us some extra blankets, she was very kind.

We vonden de villa erg mooi. De kamers zijn mooi en smaakvol ingericht. We waren erg blij met het koffiezetapparaat, dat we elke dag gebruikten.

We hebben de verwarming in de villa gemist, omdat de nachten kouder waren. Misschien een klein kacheltje of radiator. Op ons verzoek bezorgde manager Tina ons wat extra dekens, ze was erg aardig.
