VILLA CEREZA HOLIDAY HOME IN PLAYA BLANCA
Villa Cereza is located in the sun-drenched south of Playa Blanca in the Montana Roja neighbourhood. From your balcony you have beautiful sea views. Around your private pool, which can be heated in the winter months, are sunbeds. There is a nice covered terrace, lava garden and pool table. Several shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The Montana Roja beach is 400 m away and you can walk to Playa Blanca via the promenade (1.9 km).

Playa Blanca is the southernmost resort on the island of Lanzarote, including a pleasant promenade, marina and car-free shopping street. For a lovely day at the beach, 'Playa de Papagayo' is definitely worth a visit. Here you will find crystal-clear water and a beautiful white sandy beach. Want an active day out? Then visit the unique Timanfaya National Park. In this nature reserve, you will learn all about the volcanic origins of the island.

LAYOUT VILLA CEREZA
Villa Cereza is a detached villa. Upon entering, you step into the hall. The living room has two sofas, a smart TV and dining area. You step out of this room onto the outdoor terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge and breakfast bar. A washing machine and freezer are in a separate room.

On the ground floor are two bedrooms with two single beds. One of these bedrooms also has a smart TV and air conditioning. The other bedroom has a standing fan. The bathroom on the ground floor has a bath, toilet and sink. Via the stairs you reach the first floor with third bedroom equipped with a king-size double bed and direct access to the balcony overlooking the sea and the Montana Roja volcano. The ensuite bathroom has a bath, toilet and basin and also features air conditioning.

THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA CEREZA
This holiday home has a lovely spacious outdoor terrace that is covered so you can also cool off here on sunny days. Around the heated private pool (8 x 4 m) there is plenty of opportunity for sunbathing. There is a lava garden and a pool table. There is also a bbq.

Minimum stay of 5 nights
Arrival and departure day flexible. However, your booking should match previous/next bookings as much as possible. Ask us about the possibilities.
Important: 1 baby (under 2 years of age at the time of travel) can be added in the booking without any extra charge for a cot and/or high chair. If more babies travel with you, they count as persons + pay the extra charge above mentioned. Please note: if your travel party consists of two babies or more, please include them as an extra person from the second baby onwards.

Deposit
Your stay is subject to a deposit of €400,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
