VILLA ALENA HOLIDAY HOME IN PLAYA BLANCA
What a fine villa this is! This villa with private heated saltwater pool is perfectly located, allowing you to enjoy the sun on your terrace all day. Villa Alena is within walking distance from the centre of Playa Blanca with supermarket, shops and restaurants. The garden is full of plants and palms from Lanzarote. You can prepare tasty dishes in the outdoor kitchen with barbecue, then dine al fresco with your company.
Villa Alena is 15 - 20 minutes' walk from the centre of Playa Blanca with shops, bars and restaurants. 2 km from Villa Alena is Playa Flamingo. Playa Flamingo is a beautiful white sandy beach 200 m long. It is ideal for the little ones in the family, due to its calm waters and gently sloping beach. Sun beds and parasols can be rented on the beach.
LAYOUT OF VILLA ALENA
You enter the living room with two sofas and a 55" smart TV. Through the sliding doors, you are right on the terrace with dining area. The open kitchen is fully equipped including an oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and tosti/panini/waffle machine.
On the same floor is the second living room with two sofas (including 1 sofa bed), 65" smart TV, air conditioning and French doors to the terrace with swimming pool.
Ground floor: Bedroom 1 has two bunk beds (single beds at the top and full double beds below). This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and walk-in dressing room with wardrobes. The patio door opens onto the terrace with table football, seating area, table and chairs, extra fridge/freezer and washing machine. Bedroom 2 features a double bed with ensuite bathroom with shower, sofa and sliding doors to the same terrace.
Bedroom 3 is on the upper floor features a double bed, built-in wardrobes and en suite bathroom with bath, toilet and basin.
Wi-Fi, international TV channels, a safe, washing machine and air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room are provided.
THE OUTDOORS OF VILLA ALENA
Outdoor living at Villa Alena is delightful. With its south-facing location, you enjoy sunshine on your terrace all day. The private saltwater pool is heated (electrically heated in winter and solar heated in summer) and has a cover. Around the terrace are sunbeds, an outdoor shower and plenty of seating. You can also enjoy cooking in the outdoor kitchen with stone barbecue. There is plenty of space at the dining table for al fresco dining.
A saltwater pool has a natural way of disinfecting. It does not taste and feel like sea water and has only a mild salty taste. It feels softer than sea and chlorinated water. A saltwater pool is cleaned with special pool salt. This is added to a saltwater system which then converts it into chlorine. This is better for your health and the environment.

What a place to stay. The villa is absolutely beautiful, pictures do not do this justice. Large size, beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture and beds. Lots of seating outside to enjoy the sun and the pool was perfect! The kitchen is really wellsee more
What a place to stay. The villa is absolutely beautiful, pictures do not do this justice. Large size, beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture and beds. Lots of seating outside to enjoy the sun and the pool was perfect! The kitchen is really well equipped and feels like home with all the extra utensils. In addition, there is also a great outdoor bbq to use.
Suzanne is a fantastic caretaker and was just a message away if we needed anything. Location is beautiful and peaceful, we rented a car so it was no problem to get around five minutes drive from playa blanca boulevard and spar shop. The only negative thing I can think of was having to leave! |

We stayed at Villa Alena for 1 week, it is a beautiful villa with so much space. Everything was clean and tidy and it had everything we needed for a family of four. The pool was lovely and my kids loved the trampoline and football. It is at least a 2see more
We stayed at Villa Alena for 1 week, it is a beautiful villa with so much space. Everything was clean and tidy and it had everything we needed for a family of four. The pool was lovely and my kids loved the trampoline and football. It is at least a 25-minute walk to the centre of playa blanca, but we hired a car for the week and there is plenty of free parking. The villa is quiet and was perfect for a relaxing week in the sun!

Wat een plek om te verblijven. De villa is absoluut mooi, foto 's doen dit geen recht. Grote grootte, prachtig ingericht, comfortabele meubels en bedden. Veel zitplaatsen buiten om van de zon te genieten en het zwembad was perfect! De keuken is echt see more

Veel zitplaatsen buiten om van de zon te genieten en het zwembad was perfect! De keuken is echt goed uitgerust en voelt als thuis met alle extra keukengerei. Bovendien is er ook een geweldige bbq in de buitenlucht om te gebruiken.
Suzanne is een fantastische beheerder en was slechts een bericht verwijderd als we iets nodig hadden. Locatie is prachtig en vredig, we huurden een auto, dus het was geen probleem om je te verplaatsen op vijf minuten rijden van playa blanca boulevard en spar-winkel. Het enige negatieve waar ik aan kan denken was dat ik weg moest! |

We verbleven 1 week in Villa Alena, het is een prachtige villa met zoveel ruimte. Alles was schoon en netjes en het had alles wat we nodig hadden voor een gezin van vier. Het zwembad was prachtig en mijn kinderen hielden van de trampoline en voetbal.see more
We verbleven 1 week in Villa Alena, het is een prachtige villa met zoveel ruimte. Alles was schoon en netjes en het had alles wat we nodig hadden voor een gezin van vier. Het zwembad was prachtig en mijn kinderen hielden van de trampoline en voetbal. Het is minstens 25 minuten lopen naar het centrum van playa blanca, maar we hebben een auto gehuurd voor de week en er is voldoende gratis parkeergelegenheid. De villa is rustig en was perfect voor een ontspannen week in de zon!
