VILLA LA HACIENDA HOLIDAYHOME IN NERJA
Villa La Hacienda is a semi-detached holiday home perfect for beach lovers. The beautiful golden beach of Burriana is just 350 metres (15 min. walk). From your terrace with private heated pool (plunge pool) you have unique sea views. There is also a fenced communal pool you can use. You can walk to many nice terraces and restaurants (15 min. walk). Sandy beaches, azure sea and summer sun as far as the eye can see, and plenty of culture in the area.
In the historical centre of Nerja you will find old beautiful houses, terraces with hammocks and balconies, winding streets full of bougainvillea and Moorish gates giving access to covered alleys between the houses. Don't forget to visit the viewpoint ´Balcon de Europa´ from where you have a particularly nice view over the city. With a few minutes' drive you are in the nearby mountainous nature reserve where you will find many beautiful viewpoints including the coastline of no less than 16 km.

Villa La Hacienda is a semi-detached villa located in the La Hacienda area that has recently been completely renovated. On the ground floor is the living room with open-plan kitchen. From the living room, you step out onto the spectacular terrace overlooking Burriana beach. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor and a bedroom with two single beds (180 x 80 cm). On the second floor, there is another bedroom with two single beds and a balcony. There is a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The third bedroom has a double bed (king size),balcony and ensuite bathroom with double sink, bath and shower above it. There is also wifi, air conditioning, and a washing machine.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA LA HACIENDA
Your own private terrace features a dining area with sea views and a lovely heated swimming pool (plunge pool 2 x 1 m). This holiday home is perfect for families with children. Indeed, there is a fenced communal pool (8 x 6 m, depth 0.55 - 1.85 m) with a generous lawn around it. The inner garden is fenced to prevent children from walking into the street. The communal pool is open all year round from 09:00 - 21:00.

This golden sandy beach is located in a wide bay. The beach is also safe and fun for small children as there is also playground equipment on the beach. Besides sun loungers and parasols, you can also rent pedal boats here. Along the beach is a beautiful promenade with palm trees on one side and beach bars on the other.

The villa is located great, not even 5 minutes walk to the beach and view minutes to the old town. The view from terrace is amazing and we also enjoyed the little heated pool. It was very clean and the kitchen equipment was excellent, everything was see more

De villa is geweldig gelegen, op nog geen 5 minuten lopen van het strand en op een paar minuten van het oude centrum. Het uitzicht vanaf het terras is geweldig en we hebben ook genoten van het kleine verwarmde zwembad. Het was erg schoon en de keukensee more

Het uitzicht vanaf het terras is geweldig en we hebben ook genoten van het kleine verwarmde zwembad. Het was erg schoon en de keukenuitrusting was uitstekend, alles was bijna gloednieuw. Er is vloerverwarming wat een verblijf tijdens de koudere maanden echt comfortabel maakt. De service van het agentschap is 5* en zeer professioneel. - Patrice Gansfort
