VILLA BURRIANA IN NERJA
Villa Burriana is a corner house and is partly attached. A wonderful holiday home for beach lovers. The beautiful golden beach of Burriana is only 200 meters from the villa (9 min. walk). You can easily walk here. You have a unique view of the sea from your terrace. After a day at the beach, take a dip in your private pool. You can walk to many nice terraces and restaurants. Sandy beaches, azure blue sea and summer sun as far as the eye can see, and plenty of culture in the area. The viewpoint "Balcon de Europa" and the attractive old town of Nerja are 1.2 km (30 min. walk) from the villa.
In the historic centre of Nerja, you will find old beautiful houses, terraces with hammocks and balconies, winding streets full of bougainvillaea and Moorish gates that give access to covered alleys between the houses. Do not forget to visit the viewpoint 'Balcon de Europa' from where you have a particularly beautiful view of the city. With a few minutes drive, you are in the nearby mountainous nature reserve where you will find many beautiful viewpoints on the coastline of no less than 16 km.
LAYOUT VILLA BURRIANA
Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa and all the bedrooms are provided with airconditioning. The living room has two sofas, two armchairs and satellite television. The open kitchen has an electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and sufficient kitchen utensils. There are three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and direct access to the pool. Bedroom 2 and 3 both have two single beds. There are two bathrooms both with bath, toilet, hairdryer and sink. There is also a separate toilet. You can look out over the sea from the balcony. A washing machine is also available.
THE OUTDOOR LIFE OF VILLA BURRIANA IN NERJA
The outdoor life of Villa Burriana is perfect. In addition to a balcony, you also have a large terrace around the private swimming pool (4 x 5,5 m) at your disposal with, among other things, sunbeds, garden furniture, a parasol and an outdoor shower. You can cook outside on the barbecue. You can see the blue of the sea from the pool terrace through the palms. The beach of Burriana is within walking distance (200 meters, 15 min. walk due to height difference).
This is one of the most popular beaches on the Costa del Sol. This golden sandy beach is located in a wide bay. The beach is also safe and fun for small children as there are also a playground on the beach. In addition to sun loungers and umbrellas, you can also rent pedal boats here. Along the beach is a beautiful boulevard with palm trees on one side and beach bars on the other.

We had a great holiday with our son and his kids. We loved the space, the comfort and the pool and terrace. It was close to the beach with great bars and cafes, and we really didn’t need to travel around much to have a fantastic time. - Teresa

The villa was every bit as good as the photos showed. Perfect for our party of 2 adults and three grown up children. Its three storey so lots of steps, not ideal for those who struggle with mobilityyoung children I would suggest.

We love Nerja and have been several times and this was the nicest place we have stayed. The company were excellent - they called a daytwo before our stay and informed us of everything we needed to know. They then called when we had been there a day and checked all was OK. This was a perfect space for our family of six. The kitchen was a decent size and the fridge large. The twin rooms were large enough to each take a rollaway bed in week 2 when we had two more guests join us.

De villa was net zo goed als de foto's lieten zien. Perfect voor onze groep van 2 volwassenen en 3 volwassen kinderen. Het heeft drie verdiepingen, dus veel trappen, niet ideaal voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn of jonge kinderen.

We houden van Nerja en zijn er verschillende keren geweest en dit was de mooiste plek waar we verbleven. Het verhuurkantoor was uitstekend - ze belden een dag of twee voor ons verblijf en informeerden ons over alles wat we moesten weten. Ze belden toen we er al een dag waren en controleerden of alles in orde was. Een echte aanrader! - David |

Dit was een perfecte plek voor ons gezin van zes. De keuken was behoorlijk groot en de koelkast groot. De tweepersoonskamers waren groot genoeg om elk een opklapbed te nemen in week 2 toen we nog twee gasten hadden. Prachtig uitzicht op de zee en op see more
