VILLA AMAIA HOLIDAYHOME IN NERJA
This lovely holiday home is located in a quiet area of the pretty seaside resort of Nerja. From your terrace, you can see the sea in the distance. You have a nice outdoor terrace with dining area, barbecue and private pool (plunge pool 3.26 x 3.3 m). During your stay, you can also use the shared swimming pool with sun beds all around. You walk straight to the beautiful sandy beach of Burriana (800 m) along which you will also find several nice restaurants and bars.
In the historical centre of Nerja you will find old beautiful houses, terraces with hammocks and balconies, winding streets full of bougainvillea and Moorish gates giving access to covered alleys between the houses. Don't forget to visit the viewpoint ´Balcon de Europa´ from where you have a particularly nice view over the city. With a few minutes' drive you are in the nearby mountainous nature reserve where you will find many beautiful viewpoints including the coastline of no less than 16 km.
LAYOUT OF VILLA AMAIA
Villa Amaia consists of three floors. When you open the front door, you enter on the top floor. Here you will find the spacious and bright living room, dining area and open kitchen. You step out of the living room onto the balcony. There is also a separate toilet and air-conditioning in the living room. Via a staircase you reach the second floor with three bedrooms, all air-conditioned and with direct access to the terrace with private pool. There is one bedroom with a king-size double bed and the other two bedrooms have two single beds. There is a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. Via another staircase you reach the lower floor with another double bedroom. Here is a second bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. From this bedroom you also have direct access to the spacious garage with parking space for two cars. There is no air conditioning in the downstairs bedroom but there is a fan. A washing machine is also available as well as wifi.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA AMAIA
From the third floor, you step onto your own balcony with seating. A lovely place to have breakfast in the sun. From the second floor, three bedrooms step out onto the terrace. In the corner is the private pool (3.26 x 3.3 m, 1.8 m deep) with sun beds all around. Further along is the dining area and barbecue. You may also use the shared pool during your stay. The shared pool is open from June to September. The beach, shops, several restaurants and bars are all within walking distance of Villa Amaia.
