VILLA PEQUENA JOYA HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA
Villa Pequena Joya is an attractive villa with private pool and lots of privacy. At short driving distance (5 min.) you will find the centre of Moraira with the beaches Platja l'Ampolla and Playa el Portet. Villa Pequena Joya is a detached, single-storey Ibiza style villa with and spacious private pool (can be heated) and garden. There is a naya with dining table where you can enjoy dishes made on the barbecue in the shade. The villa is located in a quiet area surrounded by wide views overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. In the fishing village of Moraira you will find small bays, cosy squares, many restaurants and walking possibilities such as the route Paseo Ecológico.

LAYOUT VILLA PEQUENA JOYA
The living room with atmospheric furnishings has a sitting area, music system, air conditioning (hot/cold). Mosquito nets for the windows and Wifi is available. The open kitchen with dining table is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, combination microwave oven, blender, juicer, toaster, kettle, 4-ring hob and 2 coffee machines; 1 x filter and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Bedroom 1: double bed (180x200), air conditioning (hot/cold) and ensuite bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer. Bedroom 2: double bed (160x200) and air conditioning (hot/cold) and window screens. Bedroom 3: double bed (140x200) and air conditioning (hot/cold). Bathroom 2 is equipped with shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer. Heating; central heating and through air conditioning hot/cold.
A washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are also available.

A maximum of 1 cot can be added.

OUTSIDE AT VILLA PEQUENA IN MORAIRA
What fine outdoor living you will experience at this holiday home. Around the private swimming pool (kidney-shaped 32 m2 depth 2.25 and heatable on request) are 6 sunbeds and a parasol is available. Under the covered terrace is a dining area, in the garden you will find a typical Spanish stone dining area and there is a lounge bed to relax in the shade. The outdoor shower is ideal for refreshing yourself. 1 car can be parked in the private car park and 3 on the street. The villa with wide views and sea views is definitely a place to make your holiday a great memory !

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Details
- In July and August we apply a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday and a minimum stay of 7 nights.
- In the other months, arrivals and departures are allowed on any day of the week, however, your booking must connect to previous/next bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
- We recommend renting a car at this destination.

- Heated private swimming pool (can be booked in advance, please indicate when booking): pre-heating costs € 100 per stay. When using the heated swimming pool, electricity consumption is higher. Additional consumption is calculated via the meter on site.
- From mid-April to June and September/October it is possible to heat the swimming pool, other months it is not possible.
- A heated swimming pool cannot be used in the months of July and August, the temperature of the swimming pool water in these months is very pleasant.

Deposit
A deposit of € 500 applies to your stay. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time e-mail with a link to arrange the deposit by credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To settle the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system specialised in processing credit card deposits. You pay the deposit in a secure environment without it affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to settle the deposit well before arrival. The deposit will only be deducted in the event of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.

WINTER RENTAL
Winter rentals are not possible in this property.

A stay equal to or less than 10 nights is considered a tourist rental. A stay equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental in accordance with the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
