VILLA SIN PRISA HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA
This cosy furnished spacious villa for 8 people is quietly located and has several terraces in the beautifully landscaped garden where you can choose a spot in the sun or shade throughout the day. There are 2 floors, which are connected indoors by stairs. From the covered naya (upstairs) you have a beautiful view over the greenery to the Mediterranean Sea. A nice private pool (heating is on request) and all amenities nearby make a stay in this holiday home complete!

LAYOUT VILLA SIN PRISA
Villa Sin Prisa sleeps eight people and consists of 2 floors.
Upper floor:
You enter the house through the kitchen. This is equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven,. 4-burner gas hob, hand blender, juicer, kettle, toaster and a coffee machine with cups. The spacious living-dining room has a dining area for 6-8 people, a large corner sofa, fireplace, smart TV with NL channels and music system and is air-conditioned. Through the living room you enter the naya with beautiful views and BBQ. On this floor are 3 bedrooms; bedroom 1 has a double bed, consisting of 2 single beds (200x100), air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin, bidet, hairdryer and has access to the naya. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with 1 mattress (180x200), a ceiling fan and access to the naya. Bedroom 3: has a single bed. There is a second bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin on this floor.
Lower floor:
There is an internal staircase down from the hall. Here you will find bedroom 4: it has a double bed with 1 mattress (180x140) and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 5 has 2 separate single beds (200x90) and a ceiling fan. Bathroom 3 has a shower toilet, washbasin and hairdryer.
You can also enter the ground floor from the terrace, entering directly into the kitchen, living-dining room. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, 2-burner gas hob and filter coffee maker. There is a 4-person dining area and the living room area has a seating area, TV with NL channels and a ceiling fan. There is a washing machine, iron/ironing board and safe. The entire villa has central heating.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA SIN PRISA
The fully enclosed grounds offer plenty of privacy, with various terraces around the swimming pool (9x4 m and 1.80 m deep) including a lounge set, several parasols and 6 sun beds. An outdoor shower is available. The pool can be heated on request (by means of a heat pump), so you can also enjoy outdoor life in spring and autumn. Of course, the mobile gas BBQ cannot be missing for preparing lunch or dinner during the balmy summer evenings. On the covered naya is a large dining table with comfortable chairs, where you can enjoy the beautiful view in the morning with your cup of coffee! The beautiful sea views can also be enjoyed from the solarium on the roof of the villa. There are 2 private parking spaces on site.

Gas costs: € 35 per week (only applicable in the period 1 November to 31 March) in case of consumption of more than 1 gas bottle per week, you pay the additional consumption on the spot.

A deposit of €400 applies to your stay. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time e-mail with a link to pay the deposit by credit card. No reminder will follow.
To settle the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system specialised in processing credit card deposits. You pay the deposit in a secure environment without it affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to settle the deposit well before arrival. The deposit will only be debited in the event of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
STAYING IN WINTER MONTHS
Villa Sin Prisa is suitable for winter stays. Winter rentals apply from 1 November to 31 March. The house is heated by central heating and air conditioning with heat function. Costs for gas are € 35,- per week, in case of consumption of more than 1 gas bottle per week, you will pay the additional consumption on the spot. In the winter months 125 kWh (electricity) per week is included, in case of additional consumption (via meter) the costs are € 0.40 per kWh. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks in the period 1 November to 31 March. Winter rates do not include interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee.
