VILLA ROYAL PALM HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA
You enter the premises through a beautiful palm garden of the very comfortable Villa Royal Palm with Spanish details, sea views and private pool! Because the house has two complete floors, it is ideal for enjoying a holiday in the Moraira area with family and friends. The tasteful decor, great location and tropical atmosphere make this villa a piece of paradise on earth… .A child-friendly holiday home with playground, jeu de boules and pool security. The security consists of a flexible movable gate that closes the pool, which gives it a safe feeling when the children (without a swimming diploma) play around the pool.
LAYOUT VILLA ROYAL PALM
Upstairs
Complete open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee machine and balcony doors that you can open while cooking, so you can enjoy the great view in between. You can sit at the kitchen bar and enjoy a drink together while cooking. The tastefully furnished living room has a flat-screen TV with Dutch channels, a SONOS music system and DVD player. The fireplace provides extra warmth during a winter stay. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed with an ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have 2 x single beds. There is 1 x separate bathroom with bath/shower and toilet. On the naya inside there is a dining area where you can sit comfortably overlooking the terrace, the pool and the blue Mediterranean sea. There is a laundry room with the washing machine and dryer.
Downstairs
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, Senseo + Nespresso/Dolce Gusto coffee machine, among others. The cozy living room with fireplace, sitting and dining area has a flat screen TV (Canal Digital) with Dutch channels, SONOS music system and DVD player. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. There is 1 separate bathroom with walk-in shower, sunken bathtub, sink and toilet. There is an extra separate toilet. All bedrooms have air conditioning, mosquito nets and Auping beds with box spring mattresses.
PRIVATE OUTDOOR AT VILLA ROYAL PALM IN MORAIRA
The spacious garden of Villa Royal Palm is full of palm trees, bougainvillea and orange trees. All five terraces, equipped with a dining table or sun beds (6 in total), have a breathtaking view of the blue Mediterranean sea. In the low-lying garden there is a jeu de boules court and a children's playground. Under the veranda, in Arabic style and with a lounge sofa, you can sit in the shade. There is a private parking space for two cars.

- We have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday. A different arrival and departure day is sometimes possible, ask us about the possibilities.
- We recommend renting a car at this destination.
- The maximum occupancy of this villa is 10 adults/children and 2 babies.
With a stay of max. 6 people, you only use the upper floor. The ground floor will then remain closed.

- 2 cots (free) available, to be specified when booking.
- 2 high chairs (free) available, to be specified when booking.
- Between cleaning only the top floor € 80,- the whole house € 100,-
- Beach towel € 7.50 each
- Interim new bath and bed linen € 20,- per person.

To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
lla Royal Palm is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by central heating (gas), the costs for this are € 75 per week, which must be paid in advance when booking. When using more than 1 gas bottle per week, you pay the additional consumption on the spot in cash at € 11.00 per day. In the period from November to March, the rent is on request. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. For the most recent rates and availability, feel free to contact us.
In addition to the costs to be settled seperately, also to be paid on the spot:
- Electricity: Additional consumption € 0,40 per kWh (via meter)

Everything in the description of Villa Royal Palm is correct, a very complete accommodation. Also the beds slept great.

There was a nice new outdoor kitchen which we were the first guests to use, which suited us well because of the shade there all day. The view was beautiful, especially from the top floor, by the pool was also an area with all kinds of toys for our dasee more

The view was beautiful, especially from the top floor, by the pool was also an area with all kinds of toys for our daughter of almost 2. However, there were a lot of mosquitoes, which made it very difficult to sit quietly very often (especially in the playground downstairs), but of course the owner can't do anything about that.

Many broken things in the house plus a slippery floor in the bathroom. We enjoyed our vacation but there were quite a few things that were broken, plus we had to pay 175.00 cleaning costs while the condition stated that it was 115, 00 euros, very strsee more

Er was een mooie nieuwe buitenkeuken die wij als eerste gasten mochten gebruiken, wat goed beviel ivm de schaduw daar de hele dag. Het uitzicht was prachtig, zeker vanaf de bovenste verdieping, bij het zwembad was ook een ruimte met allemaal speelgoesee more

Het uitzicht was prachtig, zeker vanaf de bovenste verdieping, bij het zwembad was ook een ruimte met allemaal speelgoed voor onze dochter van bijna 2. Wel waren er enorm veel muggen waardoor we heel vaak (vooral in de speeltuin beneden) niet lekker rustig konden zitten, maar daar kan de eigenaar natuurlijk niets aan doen.
