VILLA MONICA HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA
Villa Monica is a beautiful, luxury villa with private pool in Moraira, within walking distance of the city center and the beach. This luxury holiday home with all modern conveniences is located in a lovely quiet residential area on the edge of the pleasant and fashionable town of Moraira with fine restaurants and a beautiful marina. Wonderfull: all the luxury of a detached villa in Moraira with a private swimming pool and walking into the village in the evening ... a unique location.
LAYOUT VILLA MONICA
On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with satellite TV with Dutch channels, comfortable seating area and ceiling fan. In addition, a separate dining room with many windows for lots of daylight. The modern spacious kitchen of this luxury villa with private pool is equipped with all necessary equipment including a Senseo machine, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is connected to the garden with a beautiful terrace with large dining table and optionally covered with a sliding canopy. On the same level inside are two double bedrooms with very good double beds, each with its own bathroom en suite. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.
Studio Villa Monica
On the ground floor is a separate studio equiped with airco (not accessible internally from the house). This studio has a modern kitchen unit with electric stove, oven, refrigerator and microwave. There are two single beds, satellite TV and a bathroom with shower.
PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPACE AT VILLA MONICA
Outside there is a lot of space around Villa Monica, there are several cozy seats and a porch swing and hammock to relax in. In the garden is the beautiful large swimming pool with 6x sun beds and at the entrance of the holiday home an extra cool spot on the covered veranda with seating and a view over the richly vegetated botanical garden. A lovely place for a long dining session during balmy summer evenings The spacious and beautifully landscaped garden is completely closed. You will receive the key for the electric gate on arrival. There is a garage where the washing machine and dryer are also located.

Arrival and departure on Saturday in the period from July to August
We recommend you rent a car at this destination.
If you stay with maximum 4 persons in the villa the studio downstairs will remain closed. If you stay with 5 or 6 persons in the villa the studio will be open.

DEPOSIT
A deposit of €300 applies to your stay. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time e-mail with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Villa Monica is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by central heating (gas), the costs for this are € 75 per week, which must be paid in advance when booking. When using more than 1 gas bottle per week, you pay the additional consumption on the spot in cash at € 11.00 per day. In the period from November to March, the rent is on request. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. For the most recent rates and availability, feel free to contact us. In addition to the costs to be settled seperately, also to be paid on the spot:
- Electricity: Additional consumption € 0,40 per kWh (via meter)

Villa Monica certainly lived up to expectations again. We gave the manager some tips for the owner (renew some household items, apply better lighting at the back of the house). It was nice to notice that the mattresses were replaced and new bedroom csee more

We zijn hier meerder keren al geweest en het is een fijn huis met grote ommuurde tuin en zwembad. De eigenaar heeft op ons verzoek aan de achterzijde extra verlichting laten aanbrengen, zodat we ons wat veiliger voelen.

Villa Monica heeft zeker weer aan de verwachtingen voldaan. We hebben de beheerder wat tips mee gegeven voor de eigenaar (vernieuwen enkele huishoudelijke spullen, aanbrengen betere verlichting achterzijde van het huis). Fijn was het te merken dat desee more
