VILLA IBIZA STYLE HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA
This holiday home in Moraira offers plenty of space inside and outside. Villa Ibiza Style has an abundance of which makes it very child-friendly. The pool of Villa Ibiza Style can be heated at an additional cost during the off-peak season. This is a luxury in the winter months and early spring when the water is still rather cool. Basicaly you arrived in a small paradise. The interior is beautiful with various wood accents, colorful accessories and design furniture. Discover this dream villa yourself and taste the atmosphere of "dolce far niente" or simply said: the pleasure of doing nothing.
LAYOUT VILLA IBIZA STYLE
The villa is on one level. Through the spacious patio door you enter the attractive living room with open kitchen. There is a fireplace, a nice sofa, satellite television with special children's channels in addition to almost all international channels, table and luxury armchairs. The kitchen is modern with a microwave, washer-dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, 3-burner electric hob and plenty of kitchen utensils.
Through the hall with you reach the four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms, both with a double bed, are located at the front of the villa with access to the sunny terrace. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and ample wardrobe space. Almost all beds are 1.90 m, although the beds in the twin bedroom are 2 m. There are two modern bathrooms with rain shower, toilet and two spacious washbasins. The huge sliding door to the terrace provides a lot of light. The living room and one of the bedrooms have air conditioning.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA IBIZA STYLE
The terrace at the front of the villa is perhaps the finest spot of Villa Ibiza Style. this gives you a breathtaking panoramic sea view. This is one of the most popular places to read a book or drink a wine with family and friends. Outside you will also find a spacious outdoor kitchen with dining area, private pool, outdoor shower and a covered lounge set so you can sit back and enjoy this dream villa. Relax by the lovely swimming pool equiped with a parasol, sun beds and a covered lounge area. There is also a nice barbecue.

- From mid-april to June and September / October it is possible to heat the pool, other months it is not possible.
- In the months of July and August it is not possible to use a heated swimming pool, the temperature of the swimming pool water in these months is very pleasant.
DEPOSIT
Your stay is subject to a deposit of €450,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Villa Ibiza Style is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is from November 1 to March 31. The villa uses air conditioning (hot/cold) and a pellet stove for heating. A bag of pellet granules is available in the area for approx. € 9 per bag. You consume approx. 1 bag per day. Price indication for the winter period is € 3500,- per 4 weeks. Stay is a maximum of 4 weeks. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. For the most recent rates and availability, feel free to contact us.
In addition to the separately settled costs to be paid locally:
- Electricity: € 0.40 per kWh for additional consumption (via meter)

I have booked this villa a few times already! It is a beautiful place with lots of privacy. You look out over Moraira town and have sea view. Both day and night this gives a beautiful picture and the real vacation feeling. The villa is well maintainesee more
I have booked this villa a few times already! It is a beautiful place with lots of privacy. You look out over Moraira town and have sea view. Both day and night this gives a beautiful picture and the real vacation feeling. The villa is well maintained and fully equipped. Even if we have questions, we are very well helped by the hostess on site. At the pool you have a lovely place where you can sit sheltered with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine of course. Moraira in itself is a great vacation destination, but this house makes it for me completely. See you next time!

A few minutes from a nice sandy beach and the historic center of Moraira. The house looks like new, fully furnished and cared for. Lots of outdoor space, garden with a large pool. Plenty of outdoor seating furniture; chairs, tables, sunbeds, etc. There is plenty of choice of sun and/or shade spots. On the covered porch you can relax during the day and evening. I can heartily recommend this villa.

Deze villa heb ik al een paar keer geboekt! Het is een prachtig plekje met veel privacy. Je kijkt uit over Moraira town én hebt zee zicht. Zowel overdag als in avond geeft dit een prachtig beeld en het echte vakantie gevoel. De villa is goed onderhousee more
Deze villa heb ik al een paar keer geboekt! Het is een prachtig plekje met veel privacy. Je kijkt uit over Moraira town én hebt zee zicht. Zowel overdag als in avond geeft dit een prachtig beeld en het echte vakantie gevoel. De villa is goed onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook als we vragen hebben worden we ontzettend goed geholpen door de hostess op locatie. Bij het zwembad heb je een heerlijk plekje waar je beschut kunt zitten met een kop koffie of een goed glas wijn natuurlijk ?. Moraira opzich is al een fijne vakantie bestemming, maar dit huis maakt het voor mij helemaal af. Graag tot een volgende keer!

Fantastisch gelegen villa met uitzicht op zee, alles is gelijkvloers. In een rustige buurt en rustige straat. Parkeren van de (huur-) auto op eigen terrein. Op een paar minuten van een leuk zand strand en het historische centrum van Moraira. Het huis ziet er uit als nieuw, compleet ingericht en verzorgd. Heerlijk veel buitenruimte, tuin met een royaal zwembad. Genoeg zit meubilair voor buiten; stoelen, tafels, ligbedjes, etc. Er is genoeg keuze in de zon en/of schaduw plekjes. Op de overdekte veranda kun je heerlijk relaxen zowel overdag als s'avonds. Ik kan deze villa van harte aanbevelen.
