LOCATION VILLA BELLA MORAIRA
The villa is located in such a way that you have sun all day. If you want to cool down, you can take a dip in the spacious private pool (5 m x 10 m). Around the villa are several lounge areas and a large part of the terrace has a roof where you can sit in the shade during the nice warm summer days. In the beginning of 2018, a large balcony (25 m2) with glass balustrade was built. With lounge and dining table. A lovely place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. From here you have a beautiful panoramic view over Moraira bay and the sea. Both the villa and the outside area give a beautiful view over the vineyards and in the distance the village of Moraira. Your holiday home is only 5 minutes from the center of Moraira by car.

LAYOUT VILLA BELLA MORAIRA ON THE COSTA BLANCA
Upstairs:
Pleasant, comfortable and modern living room with sitting area, a luxurious fireplace (wood-fired), a flat-screen TV with Dutch channels, including Fox-Sports and Ziggo Sport Totaal and an audio system. The living room has an open connection with the dining room / veranda overlooking the terrace and has unobstructed views over the hills to the sea. There is a modern, luxurious kitchen with oven, dishwasher, coffee filter machine and Nespresso machine . Adjacent to the living room via a short corridor, there are two bedrooms. In one bedroom there is a double bed and in the other room 2 single beds. There are two new bathrooms with shower and toilet, one of which has a rain shower. The master bedroom has views of the bay of Moraira and the Mediterranean sea. There is an extra space that can serve as a computer / work space.

Downstairs:
Downstairs in the villa adjacent to the garden a third bedroom has been realized with adjoining shower and toilet. Air conditioning is available in the living room and in all bedrooms.

PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPACE AT VILLA BELLA MORAIRA
You can reach the garden from the holiday home by stairs or by walking through the front garden to the back. Outside it is wonderful to relax around, and in the pool. The entire terrace is pleasantly laid out with various lounge seats, a canopy, sun loungers and plants, including palm trees, lemon and almond trees. There is even a table tennis table and a dart board. The garden is beautifully lit in the evening. Those will be long balmy summer evenings…

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
DETAILS
- In the period from July to August there is a fixed arrival and departure day on Saterday.
Arrival and departure in the other months are allowed on any day of the week, however, your booking should be as close as possible to previous /
next bookings.
- For bookings between November and March, reservations are on request.
- Long term rental from 1 month on is possible ask for the prices

SECURITY DEPOSIT

When you have left the villa in correct condition, you will receive the deposit back on the day of departure.

STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Villa Bella Moraira is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. The villa is equipped with electric heating. Electricity: € 0.50 per kWh for additional consumption (via meter). You must pay this on the spot. In the period November to March the rent is on request. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. In addition to the separately settled costs to be paid locally:
