CASA LA PAZ HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA
Casa La Paz is a luxury detached villa with a private swimming pool located in a quiet and green residential area. Casa La Paz was completely renovated at the beginning of 2018, where you will experience the luxury of everything at your fingertips! You can walk (1200 m) to the fashionable Moraira with its golden and child-friendly sandy beach, lively harbor and center full of boutiques, excellent restaurants and bars. The supermarket is located only 250 meters away. Here you are able to get fresh bread daily. The boretti barbecue is ideal for cooking outside. Splash in your own pool or simply enjoy the spacious garden. This is slowing down at best. You will lack nothing here. Check it out: excellent beds, luxurious barbecue and high-quality garden furniture. In the evening you can walk along the attractively lit boulevard of Moraira.
LAYOUT CASA LA PAZ IN MORAIRA
ground floor: the living room with two spacious sofas and a satellite television. An open kitchen which is fully equipped with a 4-burner electric hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, sufficient kitchen utensils, etc. A bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2, 00 m) and an ensuite bathroom.
First floor: The second bedroom with a double bed (box spring 1.80 x 2.20) and the third bedroom with a double bed (box spring 1.80 x 2.00 m). Both bedrooms share a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink. The bedroom leads you to the spacious balcony, from which you have a beautiful panoramic view. Mosquito screens and shutters are available for all windows and air conditioning (centrally controlled) is available in every room. A washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are also included. Free WiFi is available throughout the casa.
PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPACE AT CASA LA PAZ IN MORAIRA
The outdoors of Casa La Paz is perfect! A spacious terrace with a nice private swimming pool (8 x 4 m) a Boretti barbecue, brand new garden set and 4 nice sun beds for sunbathing. An outdoor shower is also available. The area around the villa is completely fenced for your complete privacy. On one side of the villa you have your own private parking space at your disposal.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Details
– In the period from July to August there is a fixed arrival and departure day on Saterday.
– Arrival and departure in the other months are allowed on any day of the week, however, your booking should be as close as possible to previous / next
bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
– We recommend renting a car at this destination.

– Gas: normal amount for cooking

STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Casa La Paz is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by central heating (gas), the costs for this are € 75 per week, which must be paid in advance when booking. When using more than 1 gas bottle per week, you pay the additional consumption on the spot in cash at € 11.00 per day. In the period November to March, the rent is € 3000 per 4 weeks. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. For the most recent rates and availability, feel free to contact us.
In addition to the costs to be settled seperately, also to be paid on the spot:
– Electricity: € 0,40 per kWh extra use (via meter)
– Deposit € 350,- in cash

Very pleasant contact, especially since Casita Travel made it possible to rebook our trip several times. The hostess was definitely welcoming and friendly. The terrace, the garden table and chairs, the sun beds were filthy due to ""Sahara"" sand. Fursee more
Very pleasant contact, especially since Casita Travel made it possible to rebook our trip several times. The hostess was definitely welcoming and friendly. The terrace, the garden table and chairs, the sun beds were filthy due to ""Sahara"" sand. Furthermore, the lighting in the living room worked only partially, in the night light was no light source, the electric stove worked only on two instead of four burners. The BBQ was filthy and the ashtray was full, we wasted at least an hour cleaning it. Furthermore, there were no BBQ tools available. The location of the house is really great within walking distance of the beach and center. Beautiful house with lots of space, nice terrace with beautiful views. Swimming pool with cold water is nice, but not for the time of year (April). Furthermore, location of the house is really super and within walking distance of beach and center. The area is also worthwhile to go to Moraira.

Professioneel en vriendelijk geholpen. Woning voldeed aan verwachtingen. Wel wat technische mankementen gehad (vaatwasser en tv). Ligging was geweldig, 10+! woning prettig ruim en goed gelegen, wij voelen ons er steeds meteen thuis.
