This luxurious and modern villa in the sunny south of Gran Canaria is located in a beautiful residential area. This holiday home has a heated private swimming pool with a waterfall. Villa Sonnenland is perfect for large groups. There is a large terrace with dining area and barbecue overlooking the swimming pool, which can be illuminated in the evening. Dream away in the hammock or read a good book. A restaurant is located within walking distance and within a few minutes' drive you are on the beautiful sandy beaches of Maspalomas and Meloneras. Supermarkets and shops are also located a few minutes drive away. The ideal vacation spot for families and friends.
LAYOUT VILLA SONNENLAND
This luxury villa with private pool on Gran Canaria has a beautiful interior with modern furniture. The spacious living room is freshly and modernly furnished with a wonderfully comfortable sofa, a dining table with chairs and Smart TV with internet. The separate kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc. The villa consists of three floors with four bedrooms (three with a double bed and one with two single beds) and three bathrooms. There are two bathrooms with a shower and one with a bath/shower combination. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor. Villa Sonnenland has excellent wifi, air conditioning, a washing machine and a private parking space.
OUTDOOR LIVING AT VILLA SONNENLAND IN MASPALOMAS
From the living room you can walk onto the terrace. Relax here or take a dip in the lovely private pool. Do you like sunbathing? Then use the sunbeds that you will find around the terrace. The private pool can be heated on request at an additional cost. There is also a barbecue available. In the evening the pool is illuminated. An outdoor shower is also available.

The location is ideal as a little spar is within walking distance and taxis are so cheap to get to maspalomas, yumbo, etc. Will definitely return. - Chris
