VILLA LAGOS II HOLIDAY HOME IN MASPALOMAS
Nice holiday home with communal heated pool, located in the sunny south on a villa park around a golf course. The spacious estate is located in a beautiful green valley with the beautiful villas in between. Unique is that during your stay you can swim in two communal pools! Namely the communal and heated swimming pool and a second, also heated swimming pool that you only share with four other villas. This modern villa has a spacious terrace with either a nice lounge set or a comfortable seat, sun beds and a small sunbathing lawn.
The beautiful sandy beaches of Maspalomas are approximately 15 minutes by car. You don't have to leave the large estate for a supermarket with fresh bread every day. Fresh bread is already hanging on your front door in the morning. There is also an excellent restaurant in the villa park and a cozy lounge / bar with a view over the golf course. The coastal town of Arguineguin, about 5 km away, is known for its good fish. The sandy beaches of Maspalomas with the large sand dunes are approximately 4 km.
LAYOUT VILLA LAGOS II
Villa Lagos II consists of five adjacent modern villas. The luxury kitchen is fully equipped. The very spacious living room is provided with a comfortable sofa and some nice chairs, a dining table with chairs, large TV screen and DVD player. The Dutch television channel BVN TV can be received in most villas on the complex. A bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom is on the ground floor. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds on the first floor. Furthermore, the three bathrooms each have a shower, toilet and a sink.
OUTDOOR LIVING AT VILLA LAGOS II HOLIDAY HOME IN MASPALOMAS
The terrace is spacious and has a lounge set or a comfortable seat. In the well-kept garden you will also find nice sun beds. You can make free use of the large communal heated swimming pool and the second, also heated, swimming pool that you share with four other villas. On the spacious estate with golf course you will find various facilities such as a reception, restaurant and supermarket (open daily). The restaurant with a view over the golf course has a varying menu with delicious dishes. Each villa has its own private parking space.

They will ask for your bank details on the spot (account holder, IBAN, BIC / SWIFT code) so the deposit will be returned to your account within 72 hours after departure when you have left the holiday home in correct condition.

Couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Fabulous views down to the sea and lunar landscape one way and the lush green of the golf course on the other side. Great space for four adults and a three year old. Helpful things like black out blinds at all the windows to ensure the sunny mornings didn’t wake our little one! We used both pools a lot, both are very deep which was fine for us as the little one used arm bandsa rubber ring and were so grateful they were both heated. The terrace on the garden side does lose the sun quite early but this might be different later in the year. I’m sure we could have used the top terrace if it was a big deal to us - it wasn’t! - Rebecca

We stayed in March 2023. The location is amazing only 5min to town by car and still a calm getaway. Clean facilities, attentive hosts and the heated pools were all great. Also, daily bread delivery - a nice touch. Would visit again! - Daniël

Zeer tevreden! Fantastisch uitzicht op de zee en het maanlandschap aan de ene kant en het weelderige groen van de golfbaan aan de andere kant. Grote ruimte voor vier volwassenen en een driejarige. Handige dingen zoals verduisteringsgordijnen voor allsee more
Zeer tevreden! Fantastisch uitzicht op de zee en het maanlandschap aan de ene kant en het weelderige groen van de golfbaan aan de andere kant. Grote ruimte voor vier volwassenen en een driejarige. Handige dingen zoals verduisteringsgordijnen voor alle ramen zodat de kleine 's morgens niet wakker werd van de zon! We hebben beide zwembaden veel gebruikt, beide zijn erg diep wat voor ons prima was omdat de kleine zwembandjes of een zwemband gebruikte en we waren zo dankbaar dat ze allebei verwarmd waren. Het terras aan de tuinkant verliest al vrij vroeg de zon, maar dat kan later in het jaar anders zijn. Ik weet zeker dat we het bovenste terras hadden kunnen gebruiken als het voor ons een probleem was - dat was het niet! - Rebecca

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Simpler Check in/out. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wer die Ruhe sucht ist hier am richtigen Ort. Mit dem Auto ist man jedoch auch schnell in Maspalomas etc.. Es werden jeden morgen frische Brötchen see more

Wir hatten oft den Pool für uns alleine was wir sehr genossen haben. Rundum ein empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt. Meiner Familie hat es sehr gefallen. Vielen Dank für alles. - Jessica

Zeer mooie en schone accommodatie. Eenvoudige check in/out. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig in het huis. Als je rust zoekt is dit de juiste plek. Maar met de auto ben je ook snel in Maspalomas etc. Elke ochtend wordt er vers brood geleverd. Ook dsee more

Maar met de auto ben je ook snel in Maspalomas etc. Elke ochtend wordt er vers brood geleverd. Ook de twee zwembaden zijn schoon en uitnodigend. Wij hadden het zwembad vaak voor onszelf waar we erg van genoten hebben. Al met al een aan te bevelen verblijf. Mijn familie heeft er erg van genoten. Bedankt voor alles. - Jessica
