VILLA TORDANXA, HOLIDAY HOME IN JAVEA
This beautiful holiday home with large private swimming pool is located on the edge of the exclusive urbanization La Guardia Park in Javea, a short distance from the beautiful bays of Cala Granadella and Cala Portixol (both 7 minutes drive) and the lighthouse of Cap de la Nau. The house has an unobstructed view over a green area. The beautiful rocky bays and beaches around Cap de la Nau are ideal for water sports and snorkeling.
In the immediate vicinity of this villa there is a supermarket and a bakery for daily rolls. A number of restaurants and Spanish tapas and paella shops are also located a short distance away - even within walking distance. 3 to 4 km away towards the sandy beach of El Arenal (beach 9 minutes drive) you will find several large supermarkets and a wide range of shops and excellent restaurants.
Villa Tordanxa is a house with a porch (“Naya”) in Spanish style, but modern and tastefully decorated and equipped with all contemporary comfort.
LAYOUT VILLA TORDANXA
Through the entrance in a tower with landing stairs and mezzanine you enter the cozy living-dining room, tastefully decorated in light tones, with comfortable seating area, a fireplace and smart TV. On the right side of this room is the large round dining table that is (partially) open to the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all conceivable equipment such as oven, dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner gas hob, refrigerator and freezer, coffee filter and Nespresso machine. Adjacent is the utility room with a washer/dryer, which gives access to the terrace with the BBQ area. The living room has air conditioning.
On the ground floor of villa Tordanxa there is bedroom 1: one x double bed (160x200cm), this is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bath and toilet. Due to the location of this bedroom on the ground floor in combination with the flat plot, this house is also suitable for the disabled.
Via the landing stairs you reach the first floor with 3 more bedrooms. There is a spacious bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and an ensuite bathroom with bath and toilet. Bedroom 3: one x double bed (160x200cm) and bedroom 4: one x double bed (140x200cm). Bedroom 3 and 4 share the 3rd bathroom with toilet and shower. These bedrooms all have access to a large balcony/terrace that overlooks the garden with swimming pool. All beds are high-quality box spring beds. The bedrooms all have mosquito nets on the windows and are air conditioned.
THE OUTDOOR LIFE AT VILLA TORDANXA
From the living room, double sliding doors provide access to the spacious porch/naya, with a sitting/lounge area and a separate dining table for approximately 4 people. A nice place overlooking the beautiful and spacious landscaped garden with large private swimming pool (13x4 m and 2m deep). On the large terrace around the pool there are 8 teak sun loungers with comfortable cushions.
The large Teak dining table of 3m long with 8 chairs and parasol is a wonderful place to dine together for a long time. If your holiday and BBQ always go together, then you've come to the right place, there is a gas BBQ from Broil King available.
The site is closed by means of a gate and there is room for 3 cars here.

We had a lovely week at Villa Tordanxa. It was fantastic late summer weather with pleasant temperatures during the day as well as at night with a cooling breeze from the sea.

We had a lovely week at Villa Tordanxa. It was fantastic late summer weather with pleasant temperatures during the day as well as at night with a cooling breeze from the sea.
We enjoyed the house which is fully equipped. What attracted us is that it has a more classic Spanish construction but with a fresh and modern interior. For us, good beds are always very important and we slept very well here. Also nice: the new and large towels. There is also a full kitchen with everything you could possibly need. We lived most of the day outside, though. The sunny garden with pool are really great with good sunbeds and plenty of shade everywhere. We were able to BBQ several times with friends at the long table. The area is vast and diverse. Very nice near both the coast and the mountains and a fine base to see the area. Private and quiet location outside the tourist areas but close to everything you need: beautiful bays with lovely beaches, shops, villages with markets, and restaurants galore. There was even a very fine bakery on the corner with fresh French baguettes for breakfast. Super! Javea, Denia, Moraira and Calpe are around the corner but Benidorm, Alicante and even Valencia are also easy to drive to for a day trip. We also made some nice walks and hikes on both the coast (from Cala Moraig to Cala Lebeig) and in the mountains so I was happy with my good walking shoes. The owners are all-friendly and helpful and respond quickly to queries. We will definitely return to this fantastic place again. |

The house is in a beautiful area where hiking/hiking, swimming in the sea and snorkelling are all possible. Nearby, there are plenty of restaurants where you can eat delicious food. The house itself was clean, spacious and there are several bathrooms. In bad weather, there are plenty of facilities in the living room for relaxing. The gem of the house is the garden, beautifully green and well maintained. The pool is clean and large. We enjoyed our family very much during our holiday stay at the house!

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in Villa Tordanxa. Het was fantastisch nazomer weer met prettige temperaturen overdag als ook s’nachts met een verkoelend briesje vanuit zee.
We hebben genoten van het huis dat van alle gemakken voorzien is. Wat osee more
We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in Villa Tordanxa. Het was fantastisch nazomer weer met prettige temperaturen overdag als ook s’nachts met een verkoelend briesje vanuit zee.
We hebben genoten van het huis dat van alle gemakken voorzien is. Wat ons aantrok is dat het een meer klassiek Spaanse bouw heeft maar dan wel met een fris en modern interieur. Voor ons zijn goede bedden altijd erg belangrijk en we hebben hier heel lekker geslapen. Ook fijn: de nieuwe en grote handdoeken. Ook is er een complete keuken met alles wat je nodig mocht hebben. We leefden het grootste deel van de dag echter buiten. De zonnige tuin met zwembad zijn echt geweldig met goede ligbedden en voldoende schaduw overal. We hebben diverse malen met vrienden kunnen BBQ-en aan de lange tafel. Het gebied is uitgestrekt en divers. Erg mooi vlakbij zowel de kust als de bergen en een fijne uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te zien. Prive en rustig gelegen buiten de toeristengebieden maar dichtbij alles wat je nodig hebt: prachtige baaitjes met mooie stranden, winkels, dorpjes met marktjes, en restaurants te kust en te keur. Er was zelfs een hele fijne bakker op de hoek met verse Franse baguettes voor het ontbijt. Super! Javea, Denia, Moraira en Calpe liggen om de hoek maar ook Benidorm, Alicante en zelfs Valencia zijn prima aan te rijden voor een dagtocht. Ook hebben we een aantal mooie wandelingen en hikes gemaakt aan zowel de kust (van Cala Moraig naar Cala Lebeig) als in de bergen dus ik was blij met m’n goede wandelschoenen. De beheerders zijn allervriendelijks en behulpzaam en reageren snel op vragen. Wij gaan zeker nog eens terug naar deze fantastische plek. |

The villa has a nice swimming pool, comfortable sunbeds (with luxurious towels and umbrellas) and a big outdoor dining area with BBQ. A great place to sit down, have some drinks and enjoy quality time! Inside the villa we found everything we needed. Comfortable beds, clean and tidy rooms, a nice shower and soft/comfortable towels. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are 2 fridges so enough place to cool drinks. All in all a very nice place to stay and we see ourselves coming back there again next year. |

De villa heeft een mooi zwembad, comfortabele ligbedden (met luxe handdoeken en parasols) en een grote eethoek met BBQ. Een geweldige plek om te zitten, wat te drinken en te genieten van quality time! Binnen in de villa vonden we alles wat we nodig hadden. Comfortabele bedden, schone en nette kamers, een heerlijke douche en zachte/comfortabele handdoeken. De keuken is volledig uitgerust en er zijn 2 koelkasten dus genoeg plek om drankjes te koelen. Al met al een hele fijne plek om te verblijven en we zien onszelf er volgend jaar weer terugkomen. |

Het pareltje van het huis is de tuin, mooi groen en goed onderhouden. Het zwembad is schoon en groot. We hebben met ons gezin heerlijk genoten tijdens ons vakantieverblijf in het huis!

Villa Tordanxa is goed uitgerust met alle nodige voorzieningen en is stijlvol ingericht. Wij waren met 6 personen en hebben een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad, met 4 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers. Het grote zwembad van 13m lang is prachtig gelegen in de goed onderhouden tuin. Alle voorzieningen zijn dichtbij en een sublieme Franse bakkerij is slechts 3 minuten lopen. Drie pareltjes van baaien (El Arenal, Cala Portixoll en Cala Granadella) zijn in de buurt te vinden, op slechts 10 minuten van de villa. Kortom, een zeer aan te bevelen huis voor een luxe vakantie.

Villa Tordanxa is well equipped with all the necessary amenities and is stylishly furnished. There were 6 of us and we had a very pleasant stay, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The large 13m swimming pool is beautifully set in the well-maintained garden. All amenities are close by and a sublime French bakery is only a 3-minute walk away. Three gems of coves (El Arenal, Cala Portixoll and Cala Granadella) can be found nearby, just 10 minutes from the villa. In short, a highly recommended house for a luxury holiday.
