This lovely holiday home with private swimming pool is perfectly located in a quiet villa area of the beautiful seaside resort of Jávea. From the lounge area overlooking the pool you can relax with a nice book or cold drink in your hand. The beautiful bays of Cala Blanca and Portitxol are just 2 km from the villa. The more bustling area "El Arenal", sandy beach with boulevard, trendy bars and restaurants is only 3.5 km from Casa Vista Mar y Montgo. Don't forget to visit the old historic center and the port of Jávea with cozy restaurants and shops. Sports enthusiasts have also come to the right place here on the Costa Blanca, the Montgo nature park has beautiful cycling and walking routes.
LAYOUT CASA VISTA MAR Y MONTGO
Inside Casa Vista Mar y Montgo it is pleasant to stay, there is a cozy living room with seating area and television (via streaming Chrome Cast). The well-equipped kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. The holiday home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both with shower and toilet. Both the living room and the bedrooms have air conditioning, so that the holiday home is also cool in the summer months.
THE OUTDOOR LIFE AT CASA VISTA MAR Y MONTGO
You can enjoy the Spanish sun while lying on one of the 6 comfortable sunbeds around the private swimming pool, which can be heated on request. The outdoor kitchen, overlooking the swimming pool, has a bar, refrigerator, 2-burner stove and a lovely lounge set. Parking is available on site.

– In the period from July to August we use a fixed arrival and departure day on ……. In the other months, arrival and departure is possible on every day of the week. However, your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be at least 7 nights in between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
– We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.

Your stay is subject to a deposit of €400,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.

Beautiful location. House a little higher but easily accessible by car. However, also on foot tough but nice walk. Bicycles on site with which beautiful bike ride along the coastline. Nice beaches.

Prachtige locatie. Huis wat hoger gelegen echter makkelijk bereikbaar met de auto. Echter ook te voet pittige maar leuke wandeling. Fietsen ter plaatse waarmee mooie fietstocht langs de kustlijn. Leuke strandjes.

Wij huurden elektrische fietsen, ideaal om de omgeving te verkennen. Gaan zeker terug!
