This holiday home is a true eldorado. A heavenly place with a beautiful location in the green and yet so close to everything you need during your holiday. The spacious lounge area outside with barbecue is perhaps the nicest place of all. Take a dip in your own private pool with sunbeds all around. There is both a dining area in the sun and a covered dining area where you can find shade on sun-drenched days. Casa La Luz is particularly stylishly decorated and the name says it all, this holiday home is wonderfully light and spacious. For golf lovers, the Javea Golf Club is even within walking distance of the house.

In the spacious and well-appointed living room you will find a comfortable corner sofa, luxurious armchair, a fireplace and a satellite TV with Dutch channels. The dining room is an extension of the living room with a large dining table. The spacious and modern kitchen has all modern appliances (oven, dishwasher, microwave, 5-burner gas hob and Nespresso machine). Casa La Luz has 4 wonderfully large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The bathrooms are all equipped with sinks, walk-in shower and toilet. Two bedrooms have a double bed and two have two single beds. Three bedrooms have air conditioning, although ceiling fans normally provide sufficient cooling. From both the living and the dining room you step through the large French doors onto the spacious terrace. All windows in the villa have mosquito nets.

PRIVATE OUTOOR SPACE AT CASA LA LUZ
In the very spacious and beautifully landscaped garden of 2500 m2 lies the large private pool (12m x 5 m x 2 m deep) surrounded by fine sunbeds. The pool has roman steps, ideal for families with small children. There is a covered lounge terrace with barbecue under which you can enjoy communal meals. In addition, there is a dining area both in the sun on the pool terrace and covered further away. That too is among the many wonderful features of this fine Costa Blanca villa. The large table tennis on the large rear terrace invites for an afternoon game of ping-pong with the whole family.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
DETAILS
– In the period from July to August there is a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday.
– Arrival and departure in the other months are allowed on any day of the week, however, your booking should be as close as possible to previous / next bookings. Otherwise there have to be 7 nights between. Ask us about the possibilities.
– We recommend you rent a car at this destination.
– Final cleaning and bed linen is €165 (mandatory)
– Towels (3 pieces, including beach towel) €15 per person per stay (mandatory)

The owner reserves the right to refuse bookings by groups that may cause disturbance

DEPOSIT
Your stay is subject to a deposit of €300,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.

STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
A stay in the winter months (from November - April) is on request and for a minimum of four weeks.
The villa is heated by central heating (gas), the costs for this are € 50 per week, which must be paid in advance when booking

In addition to the costs to be settled seperately, also to be paid on the spot:
