FINCA ROMANTICA HOLIDAY HOME IN DENIA IN THE GREEN CLOSE TO THE SEA
Those mountains... and surrounded by all that green... At the foot of nature reserve Montgó and close to the sea lies Finca Romantica. This unique rural holiday home is located, only 15 minutes away from the most beautiful sandy beaches of Denia. As soon as you park the car at your finca and get out, everything falls away from you. You will be surprised by the beautiful location and the space around the finca. Despite its rural and quiet location, it cannot be ruled out that noises may be heard in the area. We can only rejoice about this holiday home in Spain and wish everyone a holiday in such a dream spot! This holiday home with private pool on the Costa Blanca has plenty of privacy, combined modern and rustic design, magnificent garden and breathtaking views.

ROMANTIC COUNTRY HOUSE LAYOUT
This cosy holiday home with private pool on the Costa Blanca is completely furnished in country style with beautiful authentic details. There is a living room with comfortable seating area, stove, television with Dutch channels and a music system.
The spacious kitchen has all appliances, such as a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, coffee maker and 4-burner cooker. The first bedroom has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00). Bedroom 2 has two single beds (0.90 x 2.00). These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with bath and shower, toilet, bidet and double washbasin.
There is a separate toilet, washing machine and dryer. The whole house is air-conditioned. Both inside the house and outside there are differences in height with steps.
The third bedroom is located next to the main house with a separate entrance and is called the rock studio. A special studio because part of a rock is in the room. This room has two single beds (0.90 x 2.00), a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and access to the balcony/terrace with seating and views of greenery and the sea in the distance.
OUTSIDE AT FINCA ROMANTICA DENIA
The beautiful, here and there a bit wilder, landscaped garden borders on all sides on the great nature reserve and with in the middle the fine private pool (73 m2 and depth max 2.10 deep). On the spacious terrace around the pool there are 6 sun loungers. Under the veranda with barbecue and large dining table you can enjoy a snack and drink from early morning until late in the evening with views of the pool, the illuminated garden and in the evening a beautiful starry sky. For children it is also an eldorado, such a large garden to play in! There is an outdoor shower. Parking is available on site, there is enough space to park several cars.
Tip nearby: There is a golf course less than 5km away.

Your stay is subject to a deposit of € 450,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.

The house and the garden are even more beautiful then on the pictures. We had a very warm welcome at the house,
Maxine who welcomed us with the key and she had put juice and wine in the fridge!

From soap and toiletpaper in the bathroom, basic things in the kitchen like olive oil, coffee till toys for in the pool. It felt like a house of friends. It so nice situated in the hills. We loved it! |

At the pool we missed umbrellas there was virtually no shade, something under the trees but was a very small area.

Het huis en de tuin zijn nog mooier dan op de foto's.
We hadden een zeer warm welkom in het huis, Maxine die ons verwelkomde met de sleutel en ze had sap en wijn in de koelkast gezet!
Alles om de vakantie goed te beginnen was aanwezig.

Van zeep en toiletpapier in de badkamer, basis dingen in de keuken zoals olijfolie, koffie tot speelgoed voor in het zwembad. Het voelde als een huis van vrienden. Het is zo mooi gelegen in de heuvels. We vonden het geweldig! |

De google coördinaten stuurden ons de heuvel op, te ver. Leg in de welkomst-PDF maar uit dat je na nummer 20 het stenen huis op de hoek rechtsaf moet.

Bij het zwembad misten wij parasols er was nagenoeg geen schaduw, iets onder de bomen maar was een heel klein oppervlakte.
