VILLA REYA II IN COSTA ADEJE
Villa Reya II has a private heatable pool and seaview. It is a modern and luxuriously furnished villa located in a luxury villa region with other similar villas. The villa has two entrances: one entrance on the street side and an entrance at the back that can be reached through an electric gate. This villa with private heated pool on Tenerife is located within walking distance from both Playa del Duque beach (350 meters) and Playa de Fañabe (400 m).
LAYOUT VILLA REYA II
A small staircase takes you to the area of the villa (300 m2). When you open the large wooden front door, you enter the very spacious modern kitchen that is fully equipped; a dishwasher, oven, 4-plate electric hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine and an American fridge with freezer. A nice detail: from the window in the kitchen you see immediately the garden and the swimming pool.
Behind the kitchen is the spacious living room with a pleasant corner sofa, plasma television (German, Spanish and English channels), DVD player and dining area. The owner, with an eye for detail, made sure of a pleasant interior. On the ground floor are two Bedrooms; both with a double bed and a plasma television in the room. In addition, there are two bathrooms on the ground floor. A bathroom with bath, double sink and toilet and the other bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.
FIRST FLOOR
On the first floor is the master bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower for two persons, a double sink and toilet. From this bedroom you have direct access to the spacious outside terrace.
GROUND FLOOR
On the lower level are the fourth and fifth bedroom. Both with two single beds, one bedroom is entirely decorated with cheerful colors for children. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with bath, double sink and toilet. On the lower level is a second living room with a comfortable sitting area and plasma television. There is also a ping pong table. In a separate room you can find the washing machine, dryer and ironing board.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA REYA II
The outside terrace has a covered lounge terrace and two pleasant hanging chairs to dream away on hot summer days. On the first floor of the villa is a second outside terrace that is perfect for sunbathing. You also have a wide view of the sea from this terrace. From the living room, the kitchen and both bedrooms on the ground floor you can step onto the beautifully created terrace with comfortable lounge sofas. A spacious outdoor barbecue is present as well.
On the other side of the villa you will find a second outdoor terrace on the ground floor, with a lounge set. Villa Reya II has a small lift that can be used on request. In the private parking garage under the villa there is room for two cars. Furthermore, there is Wifi available in the entire villa. Air conditioning is available in four bedrooms. There are also hairdryers in the bathrooms present.

- In the period from 22 December 2023 to 7 January 2024 and 20 December 2024 - 12 January 2025, the minimum stay is 2 weeks. There is no extra surcharge during this period for multiple persons.
If you stay with less than 10 persons in this villa a few bedrooms will be closed. If you stay with 6 persons in the villa than 2 bedrooms will be closed. If you would like to use all bedrooms there will be an extra charge per room per night. Ask us for the correct amounts.

We hebben een top week gehad in Villa Reya II. Het is een prachtig huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Op loopafstand van het strand,de winkels en de restaurantjes. Het contact met de eigenaresse Elena verliep soepel, kortom alles is prettig gegaan. De volgende vakantie ga ik zeker weer zoeken op julie site. Het is zoveel leuker om te verblijven in een eigen appartement of huis dan in een hotel. Bedankt voor het fijne contact.
