VILLA REYA I IN COSTA ADEJE
Villa Reya I has a heatable private pool and is modern and luxuriously furnished and is located in a chic villa area with other similar villas. The villa has two entrances: one entrance on the street side and an entrance at the back that you reach through an electric entrance gate. Via a small staircase you enter the area of the villa (300 m2). When you open the large wooden front door, you are inside the very spacious kitchen. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped; a dishwasher, oven, 4-plate electric hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine and an American fridge with freezer. A nice detail: from the window in the kitchen you see immediately the garden and the swimming pool.
Behind the kitchen is the spacious living room which is furnished with a comfortable corner sofa, plasma television (German, Spanish and English channels), DVD player and dining area. At this villa, with private pool on Tenerife, the owner with an eye for detail has provided a pleasant interior design.

LAYOUT OF VILLA REYA I
On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms, both with a double bed and plasma television in the room. Besides, there are two bathrooms on the ground floor. A bathroom with bath, double sink and toilet and the other bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower for two persons, two sinks and toilet. From this bedroom you also have direct access to the spacious outside terrace.
GROUND FLOOR
The fourth and fifth bedroom are on the lower level. Both with two single beds, one bedroom is entirely decorated with cheerful colours for children. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with bath, double sink and toilet. On the lower level is a second living room with a sitting area and plasma television. There is also a ping pong table. In a separate room is a washing machine, dryer and an ironing board. Air conditioning available in four bedrooms.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA REYA I
The outdoor terrace has a covered lounge terrace and two pleasant hanging chairs to dream away on hot summer days. On the first floor is a second outdoor terrace that is perfect for sunbathing. Moreover, you have a wide sea view from this terrace. From the living room, kitchen and both bedrooms on the ground floor you have direct access to the beautifully created terrace with comfortable lounge sofas. It is also possible to heat the private swimming pool at this villa for a surcharge.
Moreover, an outdoor barbecue is present. On the other side of the villa you will find on the ground floor a second outside terrace with comfortable lounge set. On the first floor are two more balconies / outdoor terraces. Again, from this terrace you will have a stunning view.

- In the period from 22 December 2023 to 7 January 2024 and 20 December 2024 - 12 January 2025, the minimum stay is 2 weeks. There is no extra surcharge during this period for multiple persons.
If you stay with less than 10 persons in this villa a few bedrooms will be closed. If you stay with 6 persons in the villa then 2 bedrooms will be closed. If you would like to use all bedrooms there will be an extra charge per room per night. Ask us for the correct amounts.

Fine contact with Elena, she brought extra plates and glasses even though there were plenty, a fan in the bedroom was missing and within an hour she brought a brand new one and also that offer to check out later was very nice.

Just a few minutes walk to the beach and shopping centers on the Adeje coast, and just a short 25 minute drive to and from the airport. Kitchen is nicely appointed. Outdoor space is great, with a nice pool, plenty of sun loungers and a private garden. All with beautiful mature plants and trees, etc. We found the villa clean and the support/service from your office very good and personal. Thank you so much!

Slechts een paar minuten lopen naar het strand en winkelcentra aan de kust van Adeje, en op slechts een korte rit van 25 minuten van en naar de luchthaven. Keuken is mooi ingericht. Buitenruimte is geweldig, met een mooi zwembad, veel ligstoelen en een privétuin. Allemaal met mooie volwassen planten en bomen, enz. We vonden de villa schoon en de ondersteuning / service van jullie kantoor heel erg goed en persoonlijk. Dank jullie wel!
