VILLA NOREÑA HOLIDAY HOME IN CALPE
Not often do we discover a holiday home with such an overwhelming panoramic view. During the day you can marvel at the azure blue sea and the seaside town of Calpe in the distance and in the evening you can enjoy dozens of twinkling lights. The Dutch owners have furnished Villa Noreña very nicely, using modern design. This villa with private heated pool in Calpe is ideal for a stay of two families. On the huge outside terrace you can sunbathe on the sun beds or take a dip in the private pool.

LAYOUT VILLA NOREÑA
Villa Noreña is a beautiful three storey design villa perfect for a two family stay. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with plenty of light and space with a corner sofa, satellite television with DVD player and a beautiful wooden dining area with luxurious armchairs. The kitchen is sleek and modern, including a 4-burner electric hob, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher. The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
On the top floor you will find the master bedroom with a double bed (200 x 160 cm) and doors to the balcony with a beautiful panoramic view. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The third and fourth bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Both bedrooms have a double bed (200 x 160 cm), one bedroom has doors to the balcony. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower, bath, two sinks and a toilet. You will also find a second living room and second kitchen on the ground floor. The living room has a corner sofa and dining area with open kitchen. The second kitchen has an electric hob, coffee maker, kettle, fridge, freezer and plenty of kitchen utensils
On the ground floor there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The first floor, ground floor and ground floor bedrooms have underfloor heating. The kitchen and living room on the ground floor are heated by the air conditioning. For the children there are DVDs, blue-rays, board games, books and a game console. The patio doors of the living room lead you to the outside terrace that is partly covered. The whole villa is air-conditioned.
PRIVATE OUTDOORS AT VILLA NOREÑA
The covered terrace is equipped with patio heaters and a fine garden set. Around the pool you will find comfortable lounging and lounge beds. Ahead you will find the spacious outdoor barbecue for nice outdoor cooking. In the evening, the villa is beautifully romantically lit with outdoor lighting and pool lighting. There is also a private parking space (carport). In the afternoon in the autum and winter, the sun will no longer be present on the grounds due to the location of this villa. You can of course just sit outside and enjoy the view endlessly and, if necessary, use the patio heaters. In the summer months you can enjoy the sun until the afternoon, after which you can optimally enjoy the long balmy evenings.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Minimum stay: 7 nights. In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Sunday. In the other months, arrival and departure are permitted on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities. We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.
If you would like to book Villa Noreña with small children or older people, please contact us. There are also some stairs (both inside and outside) without a handrail.

Electricity usage
When using the heated swimming pool, electricity consumption is higher. This also applies when using air conditioning and underfloor heating. The costs per week are approximately € 100 for heating the pool. If you would like an indication of the costs, please contact us. You have the choice not to heat the pool. Swimming pool heating is possible from mid-April to June and September/October, other months it is not possible. A heated swimming pool cannot be used in the months of July and August, the temperature of the swimming pool water in these months is very pleasant. When booking heated swimming pool water: one-off €80 (for preheating). Please indicate when booking whether you wish to use this.
Deposit
A deposit of €500 applies to your stay. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to pay the deposit via a credit card reservation. There is no reminder.
To manage the settlement of the deposit properly, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing guarantees via credit card. You pay the deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange the deposit well before arrival. Depreciation will only take place in the event of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Villa Noreña is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental applies from November 1 to March 31. In this period can only be rented per month (min. 30 nights). The villa is heated by a heat pump (calculated based on a meter € 0.40 per Kwh and an average of € 150 per week), to be paid in cash on site. During the winter months, the sun is limited on the terrace, depending on the month. In the period from November to March the rental amount is € 1600 per 4 weeks. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, whereby interim cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is mandatory. The winter rates do not include interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, reservation costs, disaster fund and SGR guarantee. The view and space in the villa are wonderful. The villa is fully equipped. We were allowed to check out a little later which was very pleasant. There was also a welcome package ready and there was plenty of privacy. It was well cleaned.

Het uitzicht en de ruimte in de villa zijn heerlijk. De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien. We mochten iets latern uitchecken wat heel erg prettig was. Ook stond er een welkomspakket klaar en was er veel privacy. Het was goed schoongemaakt.

Tot onze spijt hebben wij dit prachtige huis 2 weken eerder moeten verlaten. Het Coronavirus heeft ons terug naar NL geroepen. Dit op advies van jullie, ANWB & buitenlandse zaken. Desalniettemin hebben wij enorm genoten van Villa Norena. De eerste kesee more

Desalniettemin hebben wij enorm genoten van Villa Norena. De eerste keer was de weg naar boven even wennen, maar gaandeweg ging dat beter. Prachtig uitzicht, prima onderkomen en van alle gemakken voorzien. Dank dat wij hier mochten zijn en wij nemen contact of wij hier nog eens kunnen verblijven.

Wij hebben in september met ons gezin een heerlijke vakantie gehad in deze villa. Alles is echt top! Het huis is ruim en heel comfortabel. Het veel geprezen uitzicht is werkelijk prachtig. We waren met een baby dus veel aan huis gebonden. Het weer wasee more
