VILLA FLORES HOLIDAY HOME IN BENITACHELL
A wonderful detached holiday home with a private swimming pool is Villa Flores in Benitachell, centrally located between Moraira and Jávea (both 15 minutes away). There is a nice covered terrace with a dining table and a view of the Spanish village of Benitachell and the mountains in the distance. What is especially experienced is the fantastic outdoor area with sun on the terraces all day long. You will experience an optimal holiday experience here, partly due to the comfort that this holiday home offers you. Remark with the pictures: the lounge set is now under the canopy directly next to the swimming pool. The dining table is placed under a new veranda on the side of the house.

LAYOUT VILLA FLORES
The spacious grounds of Villa Flores are completely enclosed. Through the beautiful large wooden doors you enter the terrace of this holiday home. The living-dining room has a sitting area, television with Dutch TV, music system, air conditioning (hot/cold), fan and large dining table. Wi-Fi is available. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4-burner stove and a Nespresso coffee machine. Children's crockery is available for the little ones. Bedroom 1: double bed (160x200) with air conditioning (hot/cold) and ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x200), air conditioning (hot/cold) and fan. Bedroom 3 (in betweenroom) : two single beds (90x200), air conditioning (hot/cold) and fan. There is another bathroom with bath and toilet. There are screens on the windows throughout the house. Washingmachine and tumble dryer.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA FLORES IN BENITACHELL
You will spend many pleasant hours on the outdoor terrace under the verandas or on one of the sunbeds by the pool. A cup of coffee in the morning or hours of dining at the end of the day. You have a good view of the fine saltwater swimming pool* surrounded by 6 sun beds and a parasol. For enthusiasts there is a plancha on gas for a successful lunch or dinner at your own pool. There is a closed parking space for 1 car. A 2nd car can be parked in front of the door in the parking lot on the road.
*A saltwater swimming pool has a natural way of disinfecting. A swimming pool with salt water is cleaned with special swimming pool salt. This is added to a saltwater system which then converts it into chlorine. This is better for your health and the environment. Moreover, it feels much softer than sea and chlorinated water.

Deposit
Your stay is subject to a deposit of €350,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
WINTER RENTAL
Villa Flores is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by central heating (gas), the costs for this are € 75 per week, which must be paid in advance when booking. When using more than 1 gas bottle per week, you pay the additional consumption on the spot in cash at € 11.00 per day. In the period from November to March, the rent is € 1575 per 4 weeks. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. For the most recent rates and availability, feel free to contact us.
In addition to the separately settled costs to be paid locally:
- Electricity: € 0.40 per kWh for additional consumption (via meter)

Everything in the house was clean and tidy and the beds were lovely. Pool was cleaned 2 times during the stay. There were even toys and swimming gear for the kids. To visit a villagebeach you do need a car, but plenty of parking in front of the housesee more

Driedubbel perfect is de titel van deze review. En dat is niet voor niets. Want het is ook driedubbel perfect! Alles klopt in casa Flores. Het interieur, de tuin, alle faciliteiten. Overal is aan gedacht. Er zijn heerlijke zitjes en er is een fijne buitenkeuken. Wij waren can de drie weken ook een week met z’n 7-en maar geen moment dat we elkaar voor de voeten liepen omdat iedereen een eigen kamer plus badkamer had. Dus ook geschikt voor grotere gezinnen.
De ligging van de casa is ook heerlijk, het is erg rustig en vlakbij wandelgebied. Daarnaast ben je met de auto zo in Moraira of Javea als je wat meer drukte op wil zoeken. Het is dus ook geen vraag of we deze accommodatie aan zouden bevelen. Als je niet gaat dan mis je echt iets! Wij zijn in ieder geval verliefd geworden |

Triple perfect is the title of this review. And for good reason. Because it is also triple perfect! Everything is right in casa Flores. The interior, the garden, all the facilities. Everything has been thought of. There are lovely seating areas and a fine outdoor kitchen. We were also with seven people during the three weeks but never got in each other's way because everyone had their own room and bathroom. So also suitable for larger families.
The location of the casa is also great, it is very quiet and close to hiking. In addition, you can get to MorairaJavea in no time by car if you want to be a bit busier. So there is no question we would recommend this accommodation. If you don't go then you are really missing out! In any case, we have fallen in love |

Alles in het huis was schoon en netjes en de bedden lagen heerlijk. Zwembad werd tijdens het verblijf 2 maal schoongemaakt. Voor de kinderen was er zelfs speelgoed en zwembenodigdheden aanwezig. Voor een dorp of strand te bezoeken heb je wel een autosee more
Alles in het huis was schoon en netjes en de bedden lagen heerlijk. Zwembad werd tijdens het verblijf 2 maal schoongemaakt. Voor de kinderen was er zelfs speelgoed en zwembenodigdheden aanwezig. Voor een dorp of strand te bezoeken heb je wel een auto nodig, maar genoeg parkeerplekken voor de deur. Kortom heerlijke weken gehad!!

Geweldige villa die nóg mooier en ruimer is in het echt dan op de foto’s met een groep van 8 vrouwen hebben we als alsnog veel vrijheid en rustplekjes kunnen opzoeken binnen en rondom het huis. De accommodatie was brandschoon en we hebben vooral erg see more

Een heerlijk huis sfeervol ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien. Naast het huis hebben ook het buiten de veranda, het zwembad, de rust en de omgeving enorm bijgedragen aan een heerlijke vakantie.
