VILLA DADORES HOLIDAY HOME IN BENITACHELL
This lovely holiday home on the Costa Blanca is located in a quiet residential area of the small authentic Spanish town of Benitachell. Villa Dadores is a spacious and comfortable villa with a private swimming pool and covered outdoor kitchen. The Dutch owners have furnished the villa with taste, a holiday home where you will immediately feel at home! From the house and from the terrace you have a beautiful view over the green valley and in the distance you can see part of the sea and the Penon d'Ifach of Calpe. The sandy beach of Moraira is just a 10-minute drive away. There is a very beautiful pebble beach on the other side of the Cumbre del Sol (4.7 km), this beach is located between immense rock formations and is a fantastic place for snorkeling. The seaside resort of Javea with its beautiful historic center and lively boulevard is about a 15-minute drive from the villa. This holiday home is centrally located and has everything needed for a successful holiday on the Costa Blanca.
LAYOUT VILLA DADORES
The living room has a lovely sitting area, TV with Chromecast / NL TV (NLZiet) and fireplace. Adjacent is the open plan dining room with dining area and comfortable seat by the large window overlooking the garden and pool. The open kitchen with bar is fully equipped, including a refrigerator with freezer, freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave. There are 2 coffee makers, a filter and a Nespresso machine. On this floor there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and double sink) and a separate toilet. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (180x200) Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90x200)
From the dining room there is a staircase to the upper floor, where bedroom 3 is located with a double bed (180x200) and bathroom with bath, shower and sink.
The entire house is air-conditioned and there are mosquito nets on the windows. The bedrooms also have ceiling fans.
THE OUTDOOR LIFE AT VILLA DADORES
What a lovely garden with various seating areas, the private saltwater* swimming pool (8x4m - depth 0.7 to 1.9m) in Andalusian style and the fantastic (lockable) outdoor kitchen right next to the pool. The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with a dining area, sitting area, stove, sink, refrigerator, BBQ (coal) and music system. There is an unobstructed and wide view and in the evening the house, the outdoor kitchen and the garden are attractively lit. There are 6 sun loungers around the pool. Parking, there is 1 (private) covered parking space, and there is also enough space for several cars on the quiet street.
*A saltwater swimming pool has a natural way of disinfecting. It does not taste or feel like seawater and has only a mild salty taste. It feels softer than sea and chlorinated water. A swimming pool with salt water is cleaned with special swimming pool salt. This is added to a saltwater system which then converts it into chlorine. This is better for your health and the environment.

- In the other months, arrival and departure is permitted on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with the previous/next
bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings.

- We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.

Deposit
A deposit of €450,- applies to your stay. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to pay the deposit via a credit card reservation. There is no reminder.
To manage the settlement of the deposit properly, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing guarantees via credit card. You pay the deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange the deposit well before arrival. Depreciation will only take place in the event of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Villa Dadores is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental applies from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by central heating (gas) and fireplace, the costs for gas are calculated based on the meter (€ 3.50 per cubic meter). This surcharge must be paid in cash on site. In the period November to March the rental amount is on request. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, whereby interim cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is mandatory. The winter rates do not include interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, reservation costs, disaster fund and SGR guarantee. - Electricity: €0.40 per kWh for additional consumption (via meter)
