CASA DABUTI HOLIDAY HOME IN BENITACHELL
Casa Dabuti is located in the quiet and authentic Spanish town of Benitachell between the town of Moraira and Jávea with its wide boulevard and nice restaurants. This luxurious villa has a large terrace with cozy veranda where you can enjoy the view of a beautiful sunset in the evening. It is built against a mountain and slightly higher than all the other houses. This gives you the most amazing panoramic view over the green valley, on the left (partial) sea view and on the right in the distance the Montgó (elephant mountain) near Jávea. The sandy beach of Moraira is a short 10-minute drive away and the wide sandy beach (Arenal) of the small town Jávea is 15 minutes away. There is also a very nice pebble beach on the other side of the Cumbre del Sol (4.7 km), this beach is located between immense rock formations and is a great place for snorkeling.

Ground floor apartment
Casa Dabuti consists of 2 complete floors with kitchen and living room. The house can be entered via the ground floor apartment where you will find the entrance to the upstairs apartment in the hallway. The ground floor apartment has a spacious living room with sitting area, airconditioning, satellite television, high dining area and semi-open kitchen with, among other things, a Senseo coffee maker. Bedroom 1: electrically adjustable double bed (1.60 x 2.10m). Bedroom 2: two electrically adjustable single beds (80 x 1.90m). Both bedrooms have mosquito screens on the windows and airconditioning. Bathroom with bath / shower, toilet and washing machine. In addition, an ironing board and iron are available. From the living room you can access the spacious terrace through the patio doors with that particularly beautiful view of greenery and to the left, in the distance, the sea. On your terrace you will find a dining area, barbecue and various comfortable seating areas.

Upper apartment
From the hall at the entrance (indoor) or from the outdoor terrace on the ground floor, you can take the stairs to the top floor. Here you will find a nice large living room with sitting area, satellite television, airconditioning, fireplace and separate large kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and Senseo coffee maker. The (third) bedroom has a large electrically adjustable double bed (1.80 x 2.10m) and airconditioning. The (second) bathroom has a shower and toilet. Hair dryer provided. In the living room there is a dining area suitable for 6 people with nice view. Via the living room you have access to the balcony / terrace with again that panoramic view which has nice furniture to relax and enjoy the view.

PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPACE OF CASA DABUTI IN BENITACHELL
We can't stop talking about the amount of space and the incredible view of the greenery ... Wherever you look outside, there is a view of nature. Precisely because Casa Dabuti is located on a corner and is flanked by a mountain, you have 100% privacy and enjoy optimal peace. On the large terrace on the ground floor you walk past the house to your private swimming pool (heated pool possible against surcharge) approximately 8x4 (descending from approx. 70 cm to approx. 2 m), which also has a nice outdoor kitchen with a very comfortable lounge set. Around the pool there is enough space to relax on your lounger (6x) and the children can even play hide and seek in the small extra garden behind the outdoor kitchen. This is also a great place to grab a bite to eat or read a book in the shade of the imposing palm tree. In 2022, the outdoor kitchen was painted white and a lounge set was added for even more comfort.

- In the period from July to August there is a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday.
- Arrival and departure in the other months are allowed on any day of the week, however, your booking should be as close as possible to previous / next bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.

- A heated swimming pool cannot be used in the months of July and August, the temperature of the swimming pool water in these months is very pleasant.

Deposit
Your stay is subject to a deposit of €250,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.

STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Casa Dabuti is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by central heating (gas), the costs for this are € 75 per week, which must be paid in advance when booking. When using more than 1 gas bottle per week, you pay the additional consumption on the spot in cash at € 11.00 per day. In the period November to March the rent is on request. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee.
