VILLA XANNA HOLIDAY HOME IN BENISSA
Villa Xanna with private heated pool (solar energy) has a breathtaking view of the sea. This comfortable holiday home is located close to Cala Baladrar. A little further is Cala Advocat, a small bay with pebbles and fine sand. The beach is a great place for fine dining. Many small bays can be found along the coast, but if you feel the need to be around more tourists, the coastal town of Calpe is only 9 km away. Calpe has a nice old center, a large wide sandy beach and of course the famous salt lake with flamingos. This is a nice little outing in the region. Golf enthusiasts can indulge themselves in this area, because there are 3 beautiful golf courses in the area not far from the villa.
LAYOUT VILLA XANNA
Villa Xanna has four bedrooms. Three bedrooms can be reached through the hall and the master bedroom is located on the ground floor. The bedrooms are equipped with great box spring beds. The third bedroom has a single bed with trundle bed suitable for 2 children. Two of the three bathrooms can also be reached via the hall. Both have a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
From the hall you will take the strairs down to reach the spacious living room which is equipped with two nice comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV. Villa Xanna feels pleasant and homely because of the comfortable interior à la “Rivièra Maison”. The living room is a fully open space with large windows giving you a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Then the kitchen is equipped with all facilities such as a coffee maker, dishwasher, oven and refrigerator with separate freezer. On the ground floor you will also find the master bedroom. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a spacious sink, toilet and shower.
PRIVATE OUTDOORS AT VILLA XANNA
The outdoors of this villa with private heated poo by solar energy* (March-October) on the Costa Blanca is perfectly fit to spend your days lying in the sun. It has a private swimming pool (4 m x 10 m), which is heated with solar energy (March-October), with sun beds all around and of course that beautiful view! The solar-heated pool extends the swimming season by several weeks. A perfect place for a relaxing day at the pool or to enjoy the sunset after a day at the beach or exploring the surrounding area. There is a large dining table where you can enjoy a nice meal or play games together.

STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Villa Xanna is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by air conditioning, additional consumption of electricity:
€ 0.40 per kWh (via meter). In the period from November to March, the rent is on request. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. For the most recent rates and availability, feel free to contact us.
In addition to the costs to be settled seperately, also to be paid on the spot:

Villa Xanna is a great house! Lovely new outdoor kitchen, nice pool and great views! Close to nice beaches! We loved that living is on the same floor as the garden! And an Aldi has been built at the bottom of the road

We have had an incredibly nice vacation. The villa was exactly as we imagined it and definitely lived up to our expectations! The only point of interest is that in my perception there was a beach within 5-10 walking distance. However, this was not thsee more

The only point of interest is that in my perception there was a beach within 5-10 walking distance. However, this was not the case and certainly not with small kids. So you do need the car to drive to a beach. The service was all flawless and feels personal, which is nice.

Villa Xanna fully met our expectations, it was actually nicer than the pictures on the internet. Beautiful house with all possible equipment, and in ample sizes. The villa was neat and tidy upon arrival and the key manager was present. The pool was cleaned twice a week and the villa had air conditioning in almost all rooms. A minus is the hot water, 2x we had no hot water by the slipping of the pipes, this is however both times very quickly resolved by a plumber and would be definitively resolved after our departure. In short, a villa to recommend in a beautiful setting, we had a great vacation.

Dichtbij de leuke strandjes!
Wij vonden het fijn dat wonen op dezelfde verdieping is als de tuin!
Er is onder aan de weg een Aldi gebouwd

Wij hebben een ontzettend fijne vakantie gehad. De villa was precies zoals we hem hadden voorgesteld en heeft onze verwachtingen zeker waargemaakt! Het enige aandachtspuntje is dat er in mijn perceptie een strandje op 5-10 loopafstand was. Echter wassee more

Het enige aandachtspuntje is dat er in mijn perceptie een strandje op 5-10 loopafstand was. Echter was dit niet het geval en zeker niet met kleine kids. Je hebt dus wel de auto nodig om naar een strandje toe te rijden. De service verliep allemaal vlekkeloos en voelt persoonlijk, wat prettig is.

Villa Xanna voldeed volledig aan de verwachtingen, het was eigenlijk mooier dan de foto”s op internet. Prachtig huis voorzien van alle mogelijke spullen, en in ruime maten. De villa was keurig netjes bij binnenkomst en de sleutelbeheerder was bij aansee more
Villa Xanna voldeed volledig aan de verwachtingen, het was eigenlijk mooier dan de foto”s op internet. Prachtig huis voorzien van alle mogelijke spullen, en in ruime maten. De villa was keurig netjes bij binnenkomst en de sleutelbeheerder was bij aankomst aanwezig. Het zwembad werd 2x per week schoongemaakt en de villa was bijna in alle kamers voorzien van Airco. Een minpuntje is het warmwater, 2x hadden we geen warm water door het dicht slippen van de leidingen, dit is overigens wel beide keren heel snel opgelost door een loodgieter en zou definitief opgelost worden na ons vertrek. Kortom een villa om aan te bevelen in een prachtige omgeving, we hebben een prima vakantie gehad.
