VILLA MIRAMAR HOLIDAY HOME IN BENISSA
The location of Villa Miramar in Benissa is very central. This comfortable home is a 5-10 minutes walk from Cala Baladrar. A little further you'll find Cala Advocat, a small bay with pebbles and fine sand. You can dine on the beach, regularly with live music. The sea view from the terrace of this villa with private pool and from the villa itself is amazing! Sit down and enjoy! Outside is a great dining table where a large tarpaulin offers shelter from the sun. You can enjoy a glass of wine and tapas or a delicious meal here. The villa is located in a quiet place, but you can reach several beaches and restaurants within 10 minutes. Golf enthusiasts can indulge themselves in this area, because there are 3 beautiful golf courses just a short drive away.

LAYOUT VILLA MIRAMAR IN BENISSA
You enter the house through the naya. The living room is tastefully decorated with a comfortable seating area and television. The open modern kitchen with dining area is fully equipped including a coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. There are three bedrooms, each with a double bed. One of the bedrooms has a modern ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The second bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. The third bedroom has access to the naya. Who doesn't want to wake up with a sea view?
Ground floor
Via a staircase by the terrace you reach a studio. This studio is located under the house and has a nice living room/kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed and a modern bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. In the morning you can walk straight to the pool for a refreshing swim. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPACE AT VILLA MIRAMAR
The private outdoor space at this villa is wonderful. There is a lovely spacious private pool (8m x 4m) in front of Villa Miramar with sun beds and of course a beautiful view! A perfect place for a relaxing day at the pool. There is a large dining table where you can enjoy a nice meal or play fun games together. During the day, a shade cloth provides some cooling. There is even a table tennis table for the fanatic!
One car can be parked on private property; this is not an enclosed parking space.

Sandy beach 1.2 km, supermarket 400 meter (Aldi), bakery 2 km, restaurant 400 m, ATM 2.4 km, Airport Valencia 130 km, Airport Alicante 94 km.

– Arrival and departure in the other months are allowed on any day of the week, however, your booking should be as close as possible to previous / next

– We recommend renting a car at this destination.

Your stay is subject to a deposit of €400,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Villa Miramar Benissa is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by central heating (heat pump), additional consumption costs (via meter), which must be paid in cash on the spot. In the period November to March, the rent is onrequest. If the rental period falls during the (Dutch) Christmas holidays, a surcharge of € 150 per week applies. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. For the most recent rates and availability, feel free to contact us.
In addition to the costs to be settled seperately, also to be paid on the spot:
- Electricity: € 0,40 per kWh extra use (via meter)

House was beautiful and well taken care of. Fine place. Downstairs apartment was a bit damp and musty. The amenities were very good. One tip: for a house in this price range, our experience is that there are a few dishwasher cubes lying around.

Villa Miramar has beautiful views both inside and outside and is light and modern. Outside area is playful with terraces at different levels and beautiful large dining table. There are outside by the level difference quite a few stairs and steps so it seems to me less suitable for small children or people who have difficulty walking.

We enjoyed the house which, although simply furnished for our taste, still offers what is needed; the place, a green garden with terraces and pool, well exposed to the sun and the beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. Too bad Corona drove us away see more

Our stay in villa Miramar in Benissa was excellent! It is a nice furnished villa with a magnificent view of the sea and the impressive rock near Calpe. The separate apartment was ideal for us with a family with small children so the rest of the family was not affected. The neighborhood is nice and quiet but within 5-10 minutes you are at the nice places. The supermarket Pepe la Sal is very close and a very nice store with a very wide range. The area is also very nice and Moraira a very nice place. Nice things in the area to go to the Algar waterfalls and the reservoir at Guadalest. In short, definitely worth repeating! The contact with your office was always very smooth. Very friendly staff and always very quick response. The employee on site is always available and can ask all sorts of questions and give you tips. We really liked Casita Travel!

Vriendelijke ontvangst bij aankomst en vertrek. Het huis ligt op een toplocatie. Heerlijk zwembad waar veel gebruik van is gemaakt en twee keer in de week wordt schoongemaakt. Fijne bijkomstigheid is dat er sinds half juni op zo'n 100 m van de villa see more

Huis was mooi en goed verzorgd. Fijne plek. Het appartement beneden was wat vochtig en muf. De voorzieningen waren heel goed. Een tip: bij een huis in deze prijsklasse is onze ervaring dat er een paar vaatwasmachine blokjes liggen.

Snel,vriendelijk en duidelijk contact met Laura van Casitatravel in Apeldoorn. Prima ligging op de zon,mooi uitzicht en niet ver van doorgaande weg. Villa Miramar heeft zowel binnen als buiten prachtig uitzicht en is licht en modern ingericht. Buitengedeelte speels met terrassen op meerdere niveaus en mooie grote eettafel. Er zijn buiten door het niveauverschil nogal wat trapjes en afstapjes daardoor lijkt het me minder geschikt voor kleine kunderen of mensen die slecht ter been zijn.

We hebben genoten van het huis dat, weliswaar voor onze smaak eenvoudig ingericht, toch biedt wat nodig is; de plek, een groene tuin met terrassen en zwembad, goed geëxposeerd op de zon en van het fraaie uitzicht op de Middellandse zee. Jammer dat Cosee more

Het verblijf in villa Miramar in Benissa is ons uitstekend bevallen! Het is een leuk ingerichte villa met een schitterend uitzicht op de zee en de indrukwekkende rots bij Calpe. Het aparte appartement was ideaal voor ons met een gezin met kleine kinderen waardoor de rest van de familie daar geen hinder van ondervond. De wijk is lekker rustig maar binnen 5-10 minuten zit je bij de leuke plekjes. De supermarkt Pepe la Sal is heel dichtbij en een heel fijne winkel met zeer uitgebreid aanbod. De omgeving is verder erg leuk en Moraira een heel leuk plaatsje. Leuke dingen in de omgeving om naar toe te gaan zijn de Algar watervallen en het stuwmeer bij Guadalest. Kortom zeker voor herhaling vatbaar! Ook het contact met jullie kantoor verliep steeds erg soepel. Heel vriendelijke medewerkers en steeds heel snel antwoord. De medewerkster ter plekke, is ook altijd bereikbaar en kun je allerlei vragen stellen en geeft je tips. Casita Travel is ons erg goed bevallen!
