VILLA LA MADRUGADA - ELEGANT VILLA IN BENISSA COAST
Welcome to Villa La Madrugada (' the early morning') a true gem in our offer. The villa has a lovely free sun terrace around the private pool, is equipped with comfortable sunbeds, a dining table and a covered naya with sofas. This modern, contemporary villa is in a unique location with breathtaking views and close to the beaches of Benissa and Moraira. Within short walking distance you will find, among others, La Fustera, a sandy beach with cosy restaurant and a supermarket. Enjoy the covered outdoor chill-out with cosy bar, outdoor kitchen, lounge sofa and extra-large picnic table. This Mediterranean holiday home is a wonderful place to enjoy a holiday together with family and friends in luxury and comfort.
Sustainability is paramount. The house has solar panels, is gas-free, has a heat pump and filtered tap water.
LAYOUT VILLA LA MADRUGADA
The Dutch owners have had the villa completely renovated with an eye for detail, preserving the Mediterranean atmosphere. The beautiful round shapes in the living room and tasteful decoration with natural colours and materials make the villa radiate luxury. Contemporary furniture, fine linens, comfortable cushions and matching accessories make the holiday home a harmonious whole.
The automatic entrance gate leads to the car park and the spacious garage (with 2 washing machines and a dryer). From the car park, stairs lead to the main entrance. Here you will find the living room, dining table, open kitchen with bar. The luxury kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a large fridge, freezer, combi-oven, induction hob and Nespresso coffee machine. A guest toilet and two bedrooms are also located here. Bedroom 1 and 2: twin beds (90xx200). An open staircase in the living room leads you to bedroom 3: the master bedroom with twin bed (180x200) and spacious balcony. All bedrooms have a private bathroom with shower and toilet, window screens, blackout Luxaflexes and high-quality mattresses. From both the 2 bedrooms and the kitchen, you can walk out onto the terrace that leads to the swimming pool.
From the parking area, a few steps lead up to the studio for 2-4 people. It has a pantry with fridge and Nepresso coffee machine, bathroom with shower and toilet and bedroom 4: equipped with a single bed (180x200) and a double bed (140x200). Also on this level you will find the large garden and chill-out with outdoor kitchen.
The whole house is equipped with air conditioning hot/cold, underfloor heating, sound system both inside and outside and alarm system. You can watch television with your own streaming service, Netflix is included. The swimming pool has salt water. A saltwater swimming pool has a natural way of disinfecting. A swimming pool with salt water is cleaned with special swimming pool salt. This is added to a saltwater system which then converts it into chlorine. This is better for your health and the environment. Moreover, it feels much softer than sea and chlorinated water.
THE OUTDOOR LIFE OF VILLA LA MADRUGADA
Villa La Madrugada offers phenomenal views of the Mediterranean sea and the imposing Peñon de Ifach, Calpe's rock, from several terraces and spots.
The private saltwater pool (10x4 and running to 2m deep) with lounging platform offers plenty of space to relax. The large covered dining table offers plenty of space to eat together or play a game. The fantastic chill-out with covered outdoor kitchen has a built-in BBQ, fridge and dishwasher. Villa La Madrugada has a beautiful large garden of 1800m2 with various spots in the sun or shade including a table tennis table.
The villa is fully fenced and is closed by an electric gate. There is space for 1 car on the property.
Beach lovers are in for a treat, within walking distance you can easily reach several beautiful bays with sand or pebble beaches. The nearby villages of Moraira, Jalon, Benissa and Jávea are also worth a visit. A day trip to Valencia or Alicante is highly recommended, and don't forget historic Altea.

- In the period from July to August we apply a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday. In the other months arrival and departure is possible
on any day of the week. However, your booking must connect to previous/next bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between between bookings.

- We recommend renting a car at this destination.

Your stay is subject to a deposit of €1000,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
WINTER RENTAL

Winter rental applies from 1 November to 31 March. Villa La Madrugada is very suitable to stay in winter, the villa has underfloor heating. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, where an interim cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels every 3 weeks is mandatory. Winter rates do not include interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. Wow, Villa Madrugada is so special! The design is outstanding and manages to be homely whilst being super stylish and the outside spaces are spectacular. We all had he best time and made so many special memories here.

Rene made us feel very welcome when we arrived (very late!) and was on hand if we had any queries. The location of the villa is amazing but sometimes we just didn't want to leave the pool area and it was lovely just to chill out in the villa and enjoy the wonderful views. Cannot recommend this villa enough, we would love to return! |

Rene zorgde ervoor dat we ons welkom voelden toen we aankwamen (erg laat!) en stond klaar als we vragen hadden. De locatie van de villa is geweldig, maar soms wilden we gewoon het zwembad niet verlaten en was het heerlijk om gewoon te chillen in de villa en te genieten van het prachtige uitzicht. Kan deze villa niet genoeg aanbevelen, we zouden graag terugkomen! |
