Villa Aurora is a modern detached holiday home in Moraira. In this villa with private pool, located in a quiet residential area, you will experience plenty of privacy and tranquility. Relax with a good book on one of the sun loungers by the private pool or enjoy a cold drink on the lounge set on the balcony. You look out over the beautiful landscape of Spain, Calpe and the beautiful blue sea. You will experience the ultimate holiday experience in this bright and sleekly furnished holiday home.
LAYOUT VILLA AURORA
This modern villa is suitable for eight people. The lovely living room is furnished with a sitting area, dining area, smart television and music system. From here you have breathtaking views through the wide windows and access to the balcony. You can walk straight into the kitchen, which is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, combination microwave, oven, hob, kettle, blender and coffee maker. Villa Aurora has four bedrooms. All have two single beds (90 x 200), en suite bathroom, air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows. Bathroom 1 has a bath, shower, toilet, double sink and hair dryer. Bathroom 2 has a shower, toilet, double sink and hair dryer. Bathrooms 3 and 4 have a shower, sink and toilet. There is also a separate toilet. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available in this villa.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA AURORA IN MORAIRA
In the spacious garden of Villa Aurora you will spend hours in the sun. Dive into the spacious swimming pool in the middle of the garden and relax on one of the sun loungers around. In the warm summer evenings you can enjoy a home-cooked dinner on the barbecue at the outdoor dining table. This villa also has a beautiful balcony with lounge set and table. Furthermore, this villa has an outdoor shower (warm/cold), parasol and sunshade/shade cloth. There are two private covered parking spaces. Fancy a day at the beach? 1.1 km away is the beach Cala Llobella where you have a beautiful view of the Ifach. The nice sandy beach of Moraira is 5.6 km away. From here you can walk straight into the old fishing village with all its nice terraces and bars.

We recommend renting a car at this destination.
Construction of a house next to Villa Aurora started at the beginning of March 2024. According to the owner, there are no activities in August due to construction work. For the period from 2024 (with the exception of August) a reduced rate applies, which is included in the price on the website. If you have any questions, please contact us.

The house has everything to make your stay a success. Lovely terrace and downstairs nice place to sit and eat together. All bedrooms have a bathroom, there is a washing machine and the pool is super.

Contact with Casita Travel was very good. The location of Villa Aurora was not great, but easily accessible by car. We were very pleased that drinking water was available and that the washing machine also runs on decalcified water so that clothes do see more

In het huis is alles aanwezig om je verblijf tot een succes te maken. Heerlijk terras en beneden fijne plek om met elkaar te zitten en te eten. Alle slaapkamers hebben een badkamer, er is een wasmachine en het zwembad is super.

Eigenlijk is het moeilijk te omschrijven hoe mooi, kwalitatief hoogstaand en luxe het verblijf is. De omgeving is prachtig. Supermarkt dichtbij. |

Contact met Casita Travel was heel goed. De ligging van Villa Aurora was iets minder, maar met de auto goed bereikbaar. We vonden het erg fijn dat er drinkwater beschikbaar was en dat de wasmachine ook op ontkalkt water draait waardoor kleding niet vsee more

From the booking date until 43 days before check-in, cancellation would have a penalty of 30% of the total price of the rent.

- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- Refund of security deposit by cash the departure day, if not possible by transfer bank
