VILLA ALEXANDRA HOLIDY HOME IN MORAIRA
This comfortably furnished holiday home in Moraira seems to come straight from a magazine. Villa Alexandra is quietly located in the villa area of San Jaime, with privacy and great views. In front of the villa is a lovely private swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas all around. A nice holiday home for the whole family, with several beaches closeby. Next to the villa you will find a fruit orchard, picking is allowed!

LAYOUT VILLA ALEXANDRA
The patio doors at the lovely pool terrace will lead you to the stylishly decorated living room with ceiling fan . The modern semi-open kitchen is equipped with electric hot plate, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, filter coffee machine and dishwasher. The dining area is connected by means of French doors to the small terrace at the back of the villa with a lovely lounge set. In the early hours of the morning you can enjoy a first cup of coffee here in complete tranquility.
The villa has 2 bedrooms with ceiling fan. A bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. There are screens on the windows. The bathroom has a rain shower, hairdryer and a toilet.
PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPACE AT VILLA ALEXANDRA
Outside is the lovely swimming pool of 4 × 8. The terrace offers you a beautiful view of the area. During the day you can relax by the pool in the evening you light the barbecue to prepare a nice meal. Next to the villa is the very spacious driveway which is closed off by an electric gate. The driveway can accommodate a car, but is also a great place to play for the kids. There is a washing machine in the garage. The villa also has a beautiful Mediterranean garden with a beautiful palm, an olive tree and lemon trees.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
- In the period from July to August there is a fixed arrival and departure day on Saterday.
- Arrival and departure in the other months are allowed on any day of the week, however, your booking should be as close as possible to previous / next
bookings.
- Ask us about the possibilities.
- We recommend you rent a car at this destination.
INCLUDES
– Electricity: 125 kWh per week
OPTINAL
- Cot including bedlinen € 50,- per stay
- Highchair € 15,- per stay
- Beach towel € 7,50 per piece
- Interim cleaning € 80,-
- Interim clean bath- and bedlinen € 20,- p,p.

DEPOSIT
Your stay is subject to a deposit of €400,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Villa Alexandra is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by a pellet stove. A bag of pellet granules is available in the area for approx. € 9 per bag. You consume approx. 1 bag per day. In the period from November to March (excluding the Christmas holidays) the rent is € 1588 per 4 weeks. During the two weeks of Christmas holidays, the rent is € 1071 per week. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. For the most recent rates and availability, feel free to contact us.
In addition to the separately settled costs to be paid locally:
- Electricity: € 0.40 per kWh for additional consumption (via meter)

And the latter was especially fine, because the last week we had less beautiful weather (Gota Fria). Large supermarket (Pepe la Sal) is nearby and in Moraira you are so. Also the wheelchair was on time at the villa delivered and retrieved. Are satisfied with your rapid booking process and the contact on site was also perfect. Responds quickly and adequately. In short, worth repeating!

Het klopt dat er geen airconditioning is in de villa, dit staat ook niet vermeld op onze website.

Dank voor je review fijn dat de ligging van de villa jullie aansprak. Het klopt dat er geen airconditioning is in de villa, dit staat ook niet vermeld op onze website. We vinden het vervelend dat jullie het linnengoed en hoofdkussen niet fijn vonden, dit is namelijk in het voorjaar nog allemaal vernieuwd in de villa. Over de wifi hebben jullie mijn collega ter plaatse gesproken, jullie waren helaas ingelogd op de 2G ipv op de 5G. Je geeft aan dat het huis niet proper was. Mijn collega's ter plaatse hadden jullie natuurlijk graag geholpen indien iets niet proper is en dan sturen zij nog iemand langs om extra schoon te maken. Helaas hebben wij hier ter plaatse niets van vernomen, anders hadden we dit graag gelijk voor jullie opgelost. Ondanks dit fijn dat jullie de villa fijn en compact vonden. Vervolgens lekker genieten aan het privé zwembad om daarna lekker op pad te gaan met je huurauto die op je eigen oprit staat. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. De directe omgeving is zeer rustig en mooi. Voor de gezelligheid bezoek je de mooie plaatsen in de omgeving. Erika heeft ons zeer gastvrij ontvangen met een lief welkomstpakket. Top huis en locatie. Uitzicht is schitterend.

En dat laatste was nu extra fijn, omdat we de laatste week wat minder mooi weer(Gota Fria)hadden. Grote supermarkt(Pepe la Sal)is dichtbij en ook in Moraira ben je zo. Ook de rolstoel oa werd op tijd bij de villa afgeleverd en weer opgehaald. Zijn tevreden over jullie snelle boekingsproces en het contact terplaatse was ook perfect. Reageert snel en adequaat. Kortom voor herhaling vatbaar!
