CASA CATHARINA HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA
This holiday home with private pool is located in a quiet and green residential area. You will certainly not lack luxury and comfort because the owners have furnished Casa Catharina with great care. From the terrace you will have a beautiful view of the sea and the Ifach near Calpe. Take a dip in the nice private pool or relax with a good book in one of the comfortable lounge corners. Only 3 km away is the bay of Cala Baladrar, a nice beach away from the crowds. Moraira beach is a short 10 minute drive away. A great aspect of this beautiful region is the wide range of beautiful golden yellow sandy beaches and idyllic bays. Golf enthusiasts can indulge themselves in this area, because there are 3 beautiful golf courses close to the villa.
LAYOUT CASA CATHARINA WITH PRIVATE POOL
Casa Catharina is a lovely detached holiday home with a private swimming pool and consists of several floors inside and outside. It is perfect for a stay with two families. On the ground floor you will find the living room which is bright and spacious with smart TV. The large windows in the living room offer a fantastic view over the valley. From the living room you'll walk into the very tastefully furnished kitchen. The beautiful long dining table offers space for everyone! The kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner gas stove with oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, large fridge and freezer. On this floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and double sink and is accessible from both bedrooms. The other two bedrooms, each with a double bed, are located one floor below. This floor can be reached via a staircase from the outside, the floors are not connected to each other. The second bathroom has a shower, toilet and double sink. There is air conditioning and wifi throughout the house. There is also a separate room with a washing machine and dryer.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF CASA CATHARINA
The outdoors of this holiday home with private pool on the Costa Blanca is perfect. The large terrace is on the left side of the entrance of Casa Catharina. At the dining table you can enjoy all the delicacies from the built-in barbecue. Via a staircase on the other side of the house you reach the lower terraces and the swimming pool. Take a dip in the lovely private pool or relax in the lounge area with sun beds. On the terrace above there are two more beach chairs. The covered terrace with sitting area, bar with fridge and music system offers plenty of shade and some coolness in the summer months. There is also a toilet at the pool.

- Other months: arrival and departure days: every day of the week (bookings must be connected or there must be a minimum of 7 nights)

You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.

Excellent contact with Casita Travel. The location of the house is also fine. What we liked is the structure of the house, downstairs pool and the floor up living house. Also nice seating area with the BBQ although it was pretty hot sitting there.

Very pleasant contact with Casita Travel. We are in love with moraira, it is a small town with beautiful nature and small bays. The town is also very nice, especially not touristy. Nice restaurants and small stores. Really super. The accommodation issee more
Very pleasant contact with Casita Travel. We are in love with moraira, it is a small town with beautiful nature and small bays. The town is also very nice, especially not touristy. Nice restaurants and small stores. Really super. The accommodation is very tastefully decorated so you immediately feel at home. The only downside is the amount of stairs to the different floors, but that did not bother us at all. Beautifully situated in the mountains, it was fantastic!

Everything was right in this house, the atmosphere, the complete kitchen with good materials were provided. Also that there were several things present such as candles, toilet paper, water and some drinks. We have worldwide already rented in several houses (and these were often more expensive) but have never experienced this. Really TOP!!!! Keep up the good work!!!

Prima contact gehad met Casita Travel. De ligging van de woning is ook prima. Wat we leuk vonden is de opbouw van het huis, beneden zwembad en de verdieping hoger woonhuis. Ook leuk zitje met de BBQ al was het behoorlijk warm daar te zitten.

Heel prettig contact met Casita Travel. Wij zijn verliefd op moraira, het is een kleinschalig plaatsje met mooie natuur en kleine baaitjes. Ook t stadje is heel mooi, vooral niet toeristisch. Leuke restaurantjes en kleine winkeltjes. Echt super. De asee more

Leuke restaurantjes en kleine winkeltjes. Echt super. De accommodatie is heel sfeervol ingericht waardoor je je direct thuisvoelt. Het enige minpunt t is de hoeveelheid trappen naar de verschillende verdiepingen, maar dat heeft ons totaal niet belemmerd. Prachtig gelegen in de bergen, het was fantastisch!

Alles klopte in deze woning, de sfeer, de complete keuken die van goede materialen waren voorzien. Ook dat er al diverse dingen aanwezig waren zoals kaarsen, toiletpapier, water en wat drankjes. Wij hebben wereldwijd al in diverse huizen gehuurd ( en deze waren ook vaak duurder) maar hebben dit nog nooit zo meegemaakt. Echt TOP!!!! Blijf vooral zo doorgaan!!!
