FINCA ESMERALDA HOLIDAY HOME IN ARUCAS
This beautiful detached finca is located near Arucas, in the green north part of Gran Canaria. The finca is very tastefully decorated and offers all the amenities you want for a carefree holiday. For example, Finca Esmeralda has a spacious terrace with outdoor kitchen and a private garden with a heatable private pool. You keep marvelling at the unique views of the banana plantation and the sea view. On clear days, you can see Tenerife with, if you are lucky, snow on top of 'El Teide'.
Want to go out? Finca Esmeralda is in an ideal location to explore the north of Gran Canaria. Within 10 minutes you can drive to the beaches on the north coast and in 15 minutes you can be in the versatile capital Las Palmas, where you can immerse yourself in Gran Canaria's history and culture. Here you'll find, for example, the beautiful white-sandy beach 'Las Canteras' and the historic district of 'Vegueta'. A perfect end to day is swimming in the natural pools of 'El Altillo'.
On the same estate are Finca del Norte and Finca Arucas located. Both detached fincas with their own private heatable pools and private entrance. The fincas are within walking distance of each other. Perfect to combine for large parties. If you rent all three fincas, you can stay on the estate with up to 26 people.
LAYOUT OF FINCA ESMERALDA
This finca is detached and ground-level in terms of living area. You reach the pool via stairs. The living room has a sofa, two armchairs, Smart TV and dining area. The kitchen is small but complete with oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, etc. There are three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. Bedroom 2 and 3 both have two single beds and share a bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. There is a washing machine and dryer in a separate room for maximum comfort.
OUTSIDE AT FINCA ESMERALDA
Outside, you have a lovely terrace (60 m2) at your disposal with nice outdoor kitchen, barbecue and dining area. There is also a covered lounge area where you can relax with a book. Further on, accessible via a small staircase is the private heated pool with sunbeds all around. Surely the best thing about this finca is the unique panoramic view of the sea and the banana plantation. You can park your (rental) car in your own private parking space.

On the spot you will be asked for your bank details (account holder, IBAN, BIC/SWIFT code) so that the deposit will be returned to your account within 72 hours after departure when you have left the vacation home in a correct condition.
