FINCA DEL NORTE IN ARUCAS
This beautiful detached finca is located near Arucas, in the green north of Gran Canaria. The finca is very tastefully decorated and offers all the amenities you need for a carefree holiday. For example, Finca del Norte has a spacious terrace with bar and a private garden with a heated private swimming pool. With 280 m2, Finca del Norte is also ideal for family holidays. Do you want to go out? Finca del Norte is ideally located to explore the north of Gran Canaria. Within 10 minutes you can drive to the beaches on the north coast and in 15 minutes you are in the versatile capital Las Palmas, where you can completely immerse yourself in the history and culture of Gran Canaria. Here you will find, for example, the beautiful white sandy beach 'Las Canteras' and the historic district 'Vegueta'.
Closer to home you will find the old center of Arucas. The buildings in the city are considered architectural masterpieces and reveal Arucas' rich history. The impressive parish church alone makes Arucas worth a visit, but on a city walk, other buildings will not disappoint, such as 'Casa y Jardín de la Marquesa' (the Marquise's house and garden) and the Rum Museum. In Arucas you will also find attractive restaurants and a supermarket, bakery and ATM. Don't forget to visit the quarry 'Piedras la Cantera' and the viewpoint 'Montaña de Arucas', which are about a 5 minute drive from the finca. A perfect end of the day is to swim in the natural pools of 'El Altillo'.
On the same estate are Finca Esmeralda and Finca Arucas located. Both detached fincas with their own private heatable pools and private entrance. The fincas are within walking distance of each other. Perfect to combine for large parties. If you rent all three fincas, you can stay on the estate with up to 26 people.
LAYOUT FINCA DEL NORTE
Finca Del Norte is spacious and modern. In the large living room there is a sitting area with smart TV (with internet connection) and a dining area for 10 people. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, kettle and dishwasher. In the long hall opposite the living room, there are five bedrooms. There are three bedrooms with double bed and en-suite bathroom. In addition, there are two bedrooms with two single beds, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. There is also a separate bathroom and toilet. All five bathrooms have a toilet, sink and shower. The villa also has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Furthermore, there is WiFi throughout the villa.
OUTSIDE AT FINCA DEL NORTE
From the villa you have a view of your own green private garden, which can be reached via a staircase from the living room. There are several sunbeds and hammocks on the grass around the heated pool (swimmingpool 7 x 3,5 m). Here you can enjoy the sun and the fresh water for days, while looking out over the trees that surround the garden. Need shade? On the covered terrace you will find a lounge area with a large table. Here you can dine extensively, with snacks from the bbq grill and drinks from the bar. There is a covered parking garage to park your car. A car is recommended since the nearest supermarket is about a 15 minute drive away.
On the north coast of Gran Canaria you will find the beaches of Playa de El Puertillo and Playa de San Andres. These beaches can be reached within 10 minutes from Finca del Norte. These are rocky and sandy beaches, where you can often swim well despite the sometimes large waves, especially at the end of the afternoon. Showers are also available on the beaches. The beaches are mainly visited by the local population and along the beaches there are restaurants and cafes, where you can order typical local (fish) dishes.

No fixed arrival or departure day.
When you stay in the villa with less than 10 people, a number of bedrooms will be closed. For example, if you are staying with 6 people in the villa, two bedrooms will be closed. If you still want to use all the bedrooms, a surcharge per room per day will be charged. Ask us about the amounts.

Optional and to be paid at booking

SAFETY DEPOSIT:
Deposit € 1000, - in cash or by credit card (only Visa and Mastercard) to be paid on arrival. You will be asked on site for your bank details (account holder, IBAN, BIC/SWIFT code) so that you will receive the deposit back on your account within 72 hours after departure if you have left the holiday home in correct condition.

Please be aware that if you arrive on a Sunday many supermarkets and shops are closed.

Excellent contact with Casita Travel. More than excellent welcome in the finca and it met 100% of our expectations. Location is not very special, no view from the mountain to the sea. The house is fully equipped. Outside is a nice covered terrace witsee more

The house is fully equipped. Outside is a nice covered terrace with outdoor kitchen and neat pool. House was spotless and the owner was very helpful to answer questions and give tips on restaurants etc.

Unterkunft ist in einem frisch restaurierten Stallgebäude (wie auf den Bildern der Unterkunft auch zu entnehmen) - sehr geschmackvoll und geräumig. Jeden Morgen wurden frische Brötchen geliefert, was wir nicht erwartet haben. Eine Garage für 2 Fahrzesee more
Unterkunft ist in einem frisch restaurierten Stallgebäude (wie auf den Bildern der Unterkunft auch zu entnehmen) - sehr geschmackvoll und geräumig. Jeden Morgen wurden frische Brötchen geliefert, was wir nicht erwartet haben. Eine Garage für 2 Fahrzeuge ist auch vorhanden. Die Unterkunft liegt auf dem Gelände einer Bananenplantage, deren Besitzerin uns auch noch einen Interessanten Rundgang auf dem Gelände gegeben hat. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. - Patrick

Er is ook een garage voor 2 auto's. De accommodatie ligt op het terrein van een bananenplantage, waarvan de eigenaar ons ook een interessante rondleiding over het terrein gaf. Prima contact met Casita Travel. Meer dan uitstekend ontvangen in de finca en het voldeed 100% aan onze verwachtingen. Ligging is niet heel bijzonder, geen uitzicht vanaf de berg naar zee. Het huis is voorzien van alle gemakken. Buiten is een mooi ovsee more
Prima contact met Casita Travel. Meer dan uitstekend ontvangen in de finca en het voldeed 100% aan onze verwachtingen. Ligging is niet heel bijzonder, geen uitzicht vanaf de berg naar zee. Het huis is voorzien van alle gemakken. Buiten is een mooi overdekt terras met buitenkeuken en keurig zwembad. Huis was brandschoon en de eigenaresse was zeer behulpzaam om vragen te beantwoorden en tips te geven tav restaurants etc.
