CASITA AGUA HOLIDAY HOME IN ALOZAINA
Casita Agua is a small paradise hidden between the olive trees next to the 'Rio Grande' river. Go for an adventure and swim in the river or take a nice walk. This vacation home with private pool in Andalusia is a great vacation spot where you can completely relax. You can swim in the river all year round, right next to the casita in a quiet part or further upstream between waterfalls and rocks, where you can dive straight into the water! In your private pool you can swim under the full sun. In the garden you can pick your own oranges, lemons, persimmons, grapes and figs.
Andalusia is also one of the most enchanting areas of Europe for horse riding and mountain biking. After every turn you will be speechless at the unspoiled nature and breathtaking views. In addition, you can explore the Sierra de las Nieves nature reserve by climbing or canoeing.
LAYOUT CASITA AGUA
Casita Agua is tastefully decorated in traditional Spanish style. From the terrace you enter the spacious and cozy living room which is stylishly furnished with a fireplace, satellite television and a sitting area with luxurious leather chairs. Casita Agua has a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, freezer and a comfortable dining area. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Both bedrooms are air conditioned. The modern bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine.
OUTSIDE AT CASITA AGUA
Through the garden gate you reach the spacious fresh green garden and the lovely terrace under the grapevines where you can relax. From the terrace you look out over the beautiful green garden, the private pool with sun beds and the orchard with its many fruit trees. The casita is very child friendly: there is enough space to play in the garden and the pool is slightly elevated. Therefore, small children can not just walk into the pool.

No fixed arrival or departure day, however if you do not arrive or depart on Friday a surcharge applies (this surcharge is on request).
This property does not have internet access.
- Additional charge for arrival after 22:00: € 25,- cash on site
The following compulsory costs are already calculated in the sales price. You pay these when booking.
- Insurance damage coverage € 0.80 per person per day (also for babies and pets)

- Baby cot € 4 per day + € 15 bed linen
- High chair € 3 per day

DEPOSIT, obligatory and payable on site (if no comfort package is booked)
- Deposit € 50,- to be paid upon arrival, when you have left the holiday home in good condition you will receive it back on the day of departure.

You can also take advantage of a comfort package at a surcharge of € 175 per booking. If you opt for a comfort package when booking (this can be done via e-mail, telephone or the booking form), the surcharge is € 149 per booking. If you choose the comfort package at a later time, you pay € 175.
The comfort package includes:
- Free beach towels for the entire travelling party
- Ample check-in times, namely check-in from 12.00 (normally 16.00) and check-out until 14.00 (normally 9.30).*
- Up to 80 kWh free air conditioning
- No extra charge for a cot or high chair (please let us know when booking if you wish to use these)
- No deposit is required
- No extra charge for a very early check-out, e.g. due to an early flight

We had 10 fantastic days in Casita Agua and everything was as we hoped and expected. And our DE coffee tasted great in Spain! We found the contact with your organization pleasant and adequate. Definitely a recommendation for others (which, incidentally, I have already done for a colleague). Small tip: we would have liked there to be enough dishwasher cubes for the whole period and also a bottle of detergent or cleaning agent would have been present. In your description and instructions for the house you have the tip to put 2 dishwasher cubes in the machine and to wash the Tefal pans by hand. This is obviously not a problem but it seems silly to us if every time the tenants have to buy everything again. This small tip we have also passed to Peter, the administrator

The careful and almost immediate response from the booking office in the Netherlands, with a personal touch gave at least a familiar feeling at the front. Often the location of the vacation address is still to be seen, and experience shows that photos and expectations are often higher than what you find. That was absolutely not the case here. What was promised, was there, and the location was to our expectations more than sublime! What a haven of peace and space, wonderful. The local manager, a very open man who immediately responded to questions in the app, and was ready, and also organized activities, great!

Lots of privacy, well located for walks and visits to white villages. The coast is about 45 car-minutes away. Lovely swimming pool in the garden. Locals swim and recreate in the adjacent river in summer. Typical Spanish sounds nearby: roosters, dogs see more

Wij hebben 10 fantastische dagen gehad in decasita Agua en alles was zoals wij gehoopt en verwacht hadden. En onze DE koffie smaakte prima in Spanje ! Wij vonden het contact met jullie organisatie prettig en adequaat. Absoluut een aanrader voor andesee more
Wij hebben 10 fantastische dagen gehad in decasita Agua en alles was zoals wij gehoopt en verwacht hadden. En onze DE koffie smaakte prima in Spanje ! Wij vonden het contact met jullie organisatie prettig en adequaat. Absoluut een aanrader voor anderen (wat ik overigens ook al gedaan heb bij een collega). Kleine tip: wij hadden het prettig gevonden als er voldoende vaatwasblokjes aanwezig zouden zijn voor de hele periode en dat er ook een fles afwasmiddel of schoonmaakmiddel zou zijn geweest . In jullie beschrijving en gebruiksaanwijzing van het huis staat de tip om 2 vaatwasblokjes in de machine te doen en de Tefal pannen met de hand af te wassen. Dit is uiteraard geen probleem maar het lijkt ons onzin als iedere keer door de huurders alles opnieuw aangeschaft moet worden. Deze kleine tip hebben wij overigens ook doorgegeven aan Peter, de beheerder

De zorgvuldige en vrijwel directe reacties vanuit het boekingskantoor in Nederland, met een persoonlijk tintje gaf aan de voorkant in ieder geval een vertrouwd gevoel. Vaak is de locatie op het vakantieadres dan nog af te wachten, en leert ervaring dat fotoos en verwachtingen vaak hoger zijn dan wat je aantreft. Dat was hier absoluut niet het geval. Wat beloofd werd, was er, en de locatie was naar onze verwachtingen meer dan subliem ! Wat een oase van rust en ruimte, heerlijk. Ook de lokale beheerder, een zeer open man die meteen reageerde in de app bij vragen, en klaar stond, en zelf ook activiteiten organiseerde, geweldig !
